Wow! I can't believe other reviewers say goto Payless, they have better shoes. Considering Payless closed stores 5 years ago! Makes me believe the reviews are false.I have back issues and was set up in a great pair of bikes. Was advised to size up. Because feet swell in late afternoon..The manager was right! I'm happy so is my osteoarthritis ❤️ I'm going back to buy more!

The prices are more than EVERYONE else and the policies on returns and sale prices are completely different than other locations of the same company. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

They are liars and scammers.The sales person told me $30 for the shoes in clearance and i trusted him and paid for it (card machine didn't show any amount, it just said tap on it).As soon as we left the store and saw a transaction of $95 and got shocked.And immediately we went and complaint about it and the manager refused. We asked for the cctv footage, because the sales person didn't mention anything about $95.They all are very rude, and know how to scam people.

Do not shop here! They are liars. We bought a pair of shoes and were wrongly told the price and charged us 300% more than the price that they told us. Asked for refund then and there . But the manager refused to refund our money. Asked to check the cameras and they would still lie about it. Overall terrible experience and would never come again.

Today we went to the Joondalup store and had the best service ever from Sarah. We are two senior ladies and she was so patient with us. For a young lady Sarah showed amazing skill as a retail consultant and can not stop singing her praise Thank you Sarah ?

The staff are not knowledgeable and give you the wrong dates for releases. They also demand you spend $75-$100 on clothing for the “right” to purchase newly released shoes. The staff will typically ignore a customer not wearing top quality sneakers in favor of customers wearing Jordans or Yeezys.

My daughter tried on last pair Jordan’s thinking they’re size 4 youth and a little big. Sales person made his no refund point multiple times. She found out they’re 4.5 and she called store to ask if he gave her wrong size. He said he knew they’re size she didn’t want and that’s the last pair. LIER!!!!Don’t buy from there and obviously I won’t ever set foot in that store. Pun intended

Bad place to go, go somewhere else. They tried to force me buy an extra hundred dollars in clothes just to buy some shoes. They lost money because I was trying to buy to of them. So they said I’ll have to spend 200.00 in clothing to buy some shoes
