Brian was highly patient, courteous and honest. He admitted we could get a lower price at the Apple Store; however the price difference was completely worthwhile considering the time saved. I always seem to get this level of service at T-Mobile!

Visited this TMobile outlet to trade in and get a new device. Steven here was very patient with questions we had and helped us with our purchase. Overall experience was very satisfying.

It is very worst the T-Mobile people not taking care about the customers and making lot of time waste. I have waited more than a 1hour. If there are waiting more than 15minutes they have to provide chairs that is commonsense in the world to attract the business but they have not provided.

I'm going to speak specifically about T-mobile as a service, do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. The service is horrible these last few months in Chicagoland and customer service absolutely sucks. Not only did they switch their payment option from accepting credit cards to only debit cards to collect your payment(specifically giving you a discount for paying on time) but also their are down towers in the area that haven't been resolved in months and they have no eta of when they'll be back up, the estimates they do give are days to weeks. Buy somewhere else Mike Sievert deserves a pay cut or to be fired for failure in providing reliable service because that's my pain point, not that he cares

I wanted to thank Javier for helping me in upgrading my plan and getting a new phone. He was very informative and detailed about what I will be paying and what the upgrade and new phone includes. He basically made the whole process very easy. I was very happy walking out of that store with my new phone!

Walked in and greeted. Told to take a seat and someone will be with me soon. 30 minutes later nothing. No acknowledgement. Horrible customer service.

Visited the store yesterday to upgrade and buy a new iPhone, while seeing if it was possible to get any value for my old iPhone. I waited 30 minutes to talk to someone, and when talking to the associate, we asked what could be done about my previous phone. They said that Tmobile's plan had ended, and there was no way to get any value from other stores such as Apple and Best Buy and to instead "try eBay". Since I was in a rush as I needed to get a new phone by today, we decided to buy it with the understanding that we couldn't get that value anywhere else. We had asked about if we could get a refund, and he said "yes", but nothing more.However, we found out that Apple does do a trade-in. Why would your employee claim to know that they don't? I entered a different TMobile store today to get a refund for my completely unopened iphone, and they told me that I could but with the restocking fee. However, after hearing my story, they said that your store could waive the restocking fee based on the mistake made by your employee. When I entered, I had let them know what had happened, and the first lady working had an extraordinarily unhelpful and hostile attitude. The manager was completely unhelpful and couldn't comprehend what had happened previously. An absolutely ridiculous experience.

It's a shame to walk into the store, the staff see you walk in, wait 15 minutes to be waited on, another family walk in and wait 5 minutes and they walk over to wait on them! Really? and when you confront the situation and state how unfair, the excuse is the salesman waited on them before! Soooo I guarantee will be another store for our phones!!!
