I transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile (plus got home internet) in SC & it was not transferred correctly. I called T-Mobile and attempted to correct, by that time I had NO SERVICE. After 3 hrs on the phone they informed me to go to a store!!!!I travel fulltime in an RV am now in Illinois, went to the store in Aurora. I spoke to ANA & she was able to fix EVERYTHING in less the ONE HOUR.My iPhone, internet, Netflix & AppleTV are working perfectly.Since I did not get a review fr T-Mobile wanted to let you know how pleased with the help I received from ANA. ?

I'm going to speak specifically about T-mobile as a service, do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. The service is horrible these last few months in Chicagoland and customer service absolutely sucks. Not only did they switch their payment option from accepting credit cards to only debit cards to collect your payment(specifically giving you a discount for paying on time) but also their are down towers in the area that haven't been resolved in months and they have no eta of when they'll be back up, the estimates they do give are days to weeks. Buy somewhere else Mike Sievert deserves a pay cut or to be fired for failure in providing reliable service because that's my pain point, not that he cares

I came into the store and pretty much knew what I wanted. Was assisted immediately. Cristian was super funny, nice and helpful! Also very honest which is appreciated. Ask for Cristian for the best assistance!

Vanessa was my angel today. I was having issues printing paperwork for my new job and she got me the paperwork I needed. I tried FedEx and UPS. They couldn't help. I recommend this location and Vanessa. Thank you Vanessa!

I went to T-Mobile on Kirk road The customer service provided by Vanessa was so pleasant and awesome. Vanessa is extremely knowledgable In the products and services. Overall the customer service at this store has always been good. I have purchase all my phones here in past 3-4 years
