Amazing service and amazing personality from the stylist Keisha. Loved my haircut and my son loved his. He said that it was the best haircut experience that he got in his life! And he hates going for haircuts! Would strongly recommend!

All I’m gonna say is make sure your stylist knows what they’re doing, UNDERSTANDS, and is COMFORTABLE with the cut that you’re asking for before sitting in their chair…. Unfortunately for my first time here, my stylist didn’t deliver the haircut I wanted and it seemed as though it was her first time cutting hair.

First off I usually go to another Sports Clips and this is my first time going to a different one. While getting my haircut I was asked if I wanted a shampoo. I said no thank you but was told it comes with the haircut. So I said sure why not. While getting my shampoo I got the steamed towel. I thought to myself I must be getting an MVP ( I never get the MVP ) and figured I would just go with it. After the shampoo we went back to the station and they put some lotion on and I was done. ( maybe not an MVP??) I never recieved what I've seen done on MVP's with the shoulder and neck massage. We went to check out and the charge was 30 dollars. If that's the charge for a standard haircut it's way too much. I was never asked if I wanted an MVP just that a shampoo came with it. I've tried to look online to see what the prices are but can not find any listed. I never questioned it because I'm not going back. Here's the thing. If you're going to charge someone for an MVP haircut they should receive everything that it comes with it. And maybe next time ask someone if they want to be upgraded to an MVP instead of just assuming.Follow up since I received a response from the owner. I went back and saw that I was charged for a standard haircut of 29 dollars ( I still think that's too much for a haircut but I'm old and am used to paying about half that... ) and did receive a veterans discount. Thank you to a business that honors it's veteran's! As a first time customer to that location you get an upgrade to an MVP ( nice perk ). I just didn't get the full MVP. I have yet to be contacted by the manager which honestly doesn't need to happen. My haircut was fine and I did tip 7 dollars so if I was unhappy with the haircut that would have been less. I will stick with my current place where I usually get my haircut and I know what I'm getting and there's no confusion.
