I walk into 1,000’s of customer service orientated businesses a year. John was spectacular at his job. He was extremely knowledge about Sperry’s shoe lines and the history behind each shoe. Great shoes! You can get one of the best sneakers here.They have a good staff and they have some sneakers that is half off if it's off season. The shoes are comfortable and easy to wear. They are easy to clean and they have a great colour palette that will fit your casual lifestyle.

I bought two pairs of boots and they're just too narrow. Wasn't able to return or exchange because one was clearance. I wasn't told at the time of purchase. I've purchased many things on clearance from other shoe stores and was able to return. Overall staff very unfriendly and couldn't care less.

I have to say what an amazing employee Sperry has in Keona. She assisted myself and kids on 7/6/20. Not only is she enthusiastic about her job but she engages with the customer. She helped my husband and I find shoes for our teenage boys. She even showed us how to do the Sperry curl with their laces. I’m impressed by her customer service and how kind she was. Thank you Keona for the experience. Your one of a kind.

Had a great experience at this store today. I wasn’t able to catch the name of the lady that helped me but she was awesome. Answered all of my questions with zero attitude. She didn’t make me feel rushed. At the checkout she was very cordial and just a pleasure to work with. It was a nice change from the “normal” customer service experiences I usually encounter. Keep up the great work.

This young man named Jordan is awesome. He helped us from beginning to end and went out of his way to clean off a pair of boots before I bought them for my wife. I thanked him and his response was “my pleasure, happy to do it!” I ended up buying two additional pairs because of his service
