Sharyl and Howard were amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient in answering all our questions, and very good at their jobs. Sharyl spent the most time with us and although there were multiple people in the store shopping, she was good at making sure noone was neglected. If you're in the market for a bed, I highly recommend!

The quality of the Bed and Adjustable Base I bought from SLEEP # are Too Expensive and the quality is horrible! Neither the base nor the P5 have been in working order since the day they were delivered! There's no returning it...you keep the like of garbage until technicians come out... they contact CS... CS order the parts... they call you regarding your part delivery...and you setup the next possible technician appointment! Meanwhile what?The store staff was awesome. The delivery staff went above and beyond. The technicians were so helpful and knowledgeable. BUT The Customer Service AND Case Managers are HORRIBLE! I've spoken to at least 8-10 and I speak quite nicely so I can get the problem(s) resolved and I've been disrespected & hung up on by various CS Reps AND even Case Managers like Rich and Tae! Tae got so upset when I didn't see the point in getting the FREE additional 100 night "return" offer for my troubles! ... Even she didn't see why I needed it since they can just fix everything?! Where do you go from there?! DON'T EVER BUY SLEEP NUMBER! HURRY...RUN TO MATTRESS FIRM!!!

I have to say we worked with Howard, the store manager, and in my opinion he gave us a level of customer service that I have not experienced in a long time. Would highly recommend him and this store if you are in the market for a Sleep Number bed.

Please don't fall for the deceptive marketing, these beds are just air mattress with a mattress topper on it.The 15 year warranty that sales person informs you about is nonsense, and keep in mind that it is only limited warranty (which they did not inform)I bought mine and mine started deflating with in 1 year. And this is not good as the bed won't last as long as they would say it would.Would also like to add TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sheryl was AMAZING! We went into the store unsure if we'd purchase a sleep number but after discussing with her for about an hour we were convinced we needed it. She made the decision easy for us and the whole process stress free.

After 5 years the mattress completely deflated on the right side. I went to the store for help and they suggested to watch the You Tube video to determine the problem or possibly fix it. I asked what I would need to do to order a part, if needed, and that's when they offered the Customer Service number. If you want a technician to determine the problem and order the needed parts, it costs $107.00 for that! The technician did come out and determined the problem and said he would order the part but never did do I paid $107.00 for nothing. I just did my 3rd follow up call to Customer Service to see when my part will arrive. What a horrible, expensive experience. I think the President of the company should know about this!

If you're thinking of buying a sleep number bed, take it from someone who has: run away now. Their products are not high quality and customer support is impossible to get. They don't even answer their customer support line. On line chat does not work (just like our bed). Sleep number is a total waste of money. Worst purchase I ever made.

I made an impulse buy last night. My husband and I left feeling happy. We looked online and seen the bad reviews but also it's very expensive and we just had buyers remorse. I've been trying to call them all day. I can't get through. The store says they can't cancel it and when you go to the website to chat with customer service they say they can't cancel it. This is almost an $8,000 bed I purchased. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel, even if it's for a few. This is so unfair. Right now I've been on the phone for close to an hour. I'm actually freaking out. They may have been able to save me as a customer initially but now I'm worried and feel scared I just won't get my money back.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable and informative. She asked all the right questions and spent a bit longer than average with me so I could find the right number for total comfort. I am a big guy with different sleeping needs and it is important that I have both comfort AND support. We found the right bed and the right number and now we just have to wait four our new bed to arrive. Very good store with very good attention to detail. I would recommend this store to anyone looking at Sleep Number.
