Kevin has to be one of the worst workers there is, his customer service is terrible. I came in to get my daughter some shoes and when I asked him for help with sizing her he rolled his eyes at me and murmured “okay”. Then when he kept up with his attitude I asked a lovely girl for her help instead of his and he proceeded to act offended. He then proceeded to give me and the other worker dirty looks. I will never be coming back to this location.

Im super happy with my experience at the store! me and my mom went shopping for some work shoes and my mom had a bit of trouble trying to find the right fit, A manager named Dary saw us and said she'd be happy to help so she explained what types of shoes where the best and we found the ones so big thank you to the staff they where an amazing help.

We had the worst experience with Kevin at the Aurora outlet store. He was extremely rude and was only worried about reducing his line of customers. We got two pair of shoes and he billed only one pair first. We asked him to apply the reward points and he said they will be applied to only one pair, which made sense. So, we asked him to apply those points on other pair and he very rudely said that he can’t do it now because he would have to start the billing all over again. His words were ‘YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN SO MUCH OF MY TIME. THIS IS HOW I WILL DO. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. ITS UPTO YOU’. When we said he is very rude and it’s a poor customer service, he said you can go and buy online. I am the store manager and you can put reviews wherever you want. So, we had to leave the store without buying the shoes.
We have never had such experience ever before. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

This store has enough shoes to satisfy anyone's sport shoe taste. The only downside was on the clothing part of the store. Most of the shirts and pants were on racks too high up on the wall to reach without the aid of a ladder. I understand the need to optimize available space, but perhaps a bit more thought could be put into the placement options.

Well laid out and got a good deal on two pairs of shoes. The cinch bags were great to carry throughout the mall.

Kevin in aurora store was awesome. A lady first helped us but could not find the size on her phone but Kevin went beyond , looked in the back and found the size im looking for. And also found me a coupon . Thank you Kevin. You are a wonderful person. You really care for your customers.
