Wonderful service, and they did a great job on some pretty unique items. They were honest about items that they were not sure about. Even told me how we could clean one of our jackets at home. When they learned we needed our items before Monday, they arranged to have our items cleaned by Saturday, no up charge for the faster service. I guess I found a go to cleaner!

We have been using their services for years and have always been pleased with their work. We have had more than twenty items altered over the years and they always impress us. They were even able to shorten the sleeves nicely on a parka.

Highly recommend Sims Cleaners. Small, family owned cleaner who pays close attention to detail. We've been going to Sims Cleaners for over twenty years. Have always had a positive experience. Great customer service and convenient hours.

Been going to this place for dry cleaning for few years now. The owners are very nice and polite and they get the job done really well.I have no complaints. It's always ready on time and I have not lost a single button. The lady that's doing the alterations is very honest. One time I bought a dress for some adjustment and she told me honestly why they can't do it. Services is more expensive compared to the other dry cleaning places around the area reason for 4 stars.

I brought a dress to get alterations. I came here because the place i bought it from recommended it. I needed the hem cut and it was a little tight and “ let it out” a little to loosen it up from the zipper. I brought it a monday and and she said ready by following wednesday i come and its not ready so then she says come back by 4pm so from home and back 50 min then i come back again at 4 and its still not ready. She tried telling me to come back next day and i said ill wait cause she said she was almost done anyways i rather wait that make another trip and another 50 min from and back. So instead of waiting in the car i go to the nearby target ok so she calls in about the hour she said it would be done i go and get the dress i have the pick up tag and it says $80 and shes telling me its more when my pick up tag is less she grabbed the money mad and the receipt crumbled it and threw it. I was like why are you mad u tell me to come today and its not ready then come again and its not ready and then trying to charge me more and she said because she had to loosen it and not only the hem but she knew when i dropped the dress off what the dress needed and thats the price on the pick up tag. She might have been trying to charge more to have finished it within that hour. She had over a week to finish it she could have called me hey it wont be ready come tomorrow. Anyways alterations good but time frame and the attitude afterwards 0Service: Alterations

Great cleaners, friendly service, quick turn around and they do a nice job with alterations. My only issue is that they write your last name in marker somewhat inconspicuously at the bottom hem of your shirts.

I brought my wife’s dress and specifically asked if they can do this dress the correct way since it is pleaded. I was told they will try. I advised then that I do not want them to try but to tell me if they can do it or not. They said they can.When I came back to pick it up, dress wasn’t done properly- the front side I can say was done ok but the back was not. I brought to their attention that it wasn’t done like it was promised- they told me they tried their best.Well that is not enough since it was done incorrectly!I was turned down by another dry cleaner place prior to bringing it here because I was told they can’t do it- and I respect that more then this place where I was told it will be done but it wasn’t.Reason I am leaving 2 stars and not 1 is because they did offer to try and redo it and they offered to give me money back.I was so mad (and still am) because of them messing the dress up that I didn’t want them to redo it nor I wanted the money back- because I won’t ever be back there!On a side note- I am foreigner and my english is not perfect- but without trying to sound any wrong way- it was really hard to understand the owners of the store when talking to them in english.

New management (lady) is rude and not friendly. Ruined my brand new shirt and offered no consolation or compensation. She said I should have paid the uplift cost of hand iron or dry clean vs press. I had all my shirts pressed in the past with no issues. Pass on this cleaners.

Fantastic work & FANTASTIC, friendly customer service. I love coming here. I've gotten dress alterations & t-shirt seam repair as well. The craftsmanship is quality!

I split the zipper on my coat and ran in 20mins before they were about to close. Ellyn sewed my coat up right in front of me with no problem.-Great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love it here! Used to go to the cleaners in downtown Naperville but when it closed needed to find someone else to trust. The couple that always works is so kind and have saved multiple tragedies of clothing I've brought to them! Thank you so much!!
