very rude service. YOUR JOB IS TO DO YOUR DAMN JOB not tell people to this or that. I come here in the morning at around 4 am to get gas and other products but i dont wanna see someone frowning upon customers like that ever again. DONT RECOMMEND THIS SPOT TO ANYONE. Avoid at all cost! Debit card was stolen by employee Sunday 1/29 at about 10 pm. Employee was upset that I choose to use my rewards and didn’t want to correct the sale to include my rewards. I stepped away briefly with no else in the store but him to get his co-worker outside who instructed him to fix the sale. As I went to pay the second time, now my debit card has disappeared. No other workers or customers just the young man behind the register. I asked him for my card which he denied. I locked it instantly and used another and waited to see if it reappeared. It didn’t so today I called the store who and alerted them of the incident. I said I am sure he has comprised my card and has it there to which she confirmed it was there! He definitely took and the police are investigating. Please be careful shopping here and file a report too if your cards have stolen from here. Not acceptable at all!

Absolutely the worst retail establishment I have ever been to. I used to go there because I live down the street. Not anymore. Incredibly rude help and inept managers (and they have been through several in the last few years). For instance, I've asked ALL the managers to stock certain cigars for me, they tell me they will but never do (BTW, they used to...). I have been there several times during the day where ALL the pumps were covered as they were out of gas! I have also been there more than a few times during the day and the doors were locked! Wow. Obviously ownership doesn't care considering the p**s poor reviews. It amazes and dumbfounds me at the same time. Don't waste your time. There is a BP across the street. Go there.

Says open 24 hrs, but for the last month or so at 3am all pumps have had bags on the handles. Same pumps are active at 1pm when I pass by again. Website states open 24 hrs.

The CASHIER is so rude. I spent 76$ on gas here. Came inside and tried to buy a deed beef there. Someone may have put wrong bag there and I took the item saying 6.49. She charged me $9.x I told her it was 6.49 right in front of her station. She yelled back and said "you did not take the item there, bye" so ridiculous. Shell needs to hire a better employee

Does not use the shell rewards program. Shuts down if can not find someone to work shift. Can not trust they will be open.

False advertising! Gas advertised as 3.07 but actually charging 3.29. When I went in requesting refund for the difference her answer was “The sign is broken and there’s nothing I can do, I understand but there’s nothing I can do”. Requested corporate number and will follow up with corporate. Many other people inside complaining about the same issue. Gas station across the street 3.07 and charging 3.07 not advertising false prices

Seriously. If you are Hispanic, the morning older lady will jump over the counter to help you. As a caucasian immigrant, I repeatedly stand there waiting while she does everything else before helping me. I shop there 6 DAYS A WEEK AND GET $40 OF GAS PER DAY, and she still does not even want to help me. Worst service in the world, if you are not hispanic. Today, I just left and said I am done here.

friday june 15 pump #5 auto shutoff did not work and spill a good amount of gas all this while i was still holding the pump, so i told the clerk so that they were aware of it and he's response was " were you not paying attention " he was more preoccupied with his cell phone, all he had to say was thanks we'll look i to it or something like that. Morron!
