“Had a very smooth, pleasant experience at this location. I filled out an online reservation for a unit and got a call quickly from the person on duty that day. I asked if I could come in and see the size difference between two units and he said come on over. I went there and he was more than happy to show me around and answer ALL of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and honestly. He made it so easy for me to creat my account and get a unit! Definitely recommend!!

He worked with us, explained everything, and made us feel like we were working with a friend. He was proactive when I told him that we may need a second unit and had it, and the lock, ready to go when I came back. He also was extremely helpful when I rented the truck. The second reason for choosing CubeSmart was the use of the truck. We needed it only for a short time, but it was essential. Thank you to Ron for working with us on that process as well.
