Ordered online 12-13-2023 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/22/23. It's now 12/21/2023 I've contacted customer service twice and both times they informed me that the store who has the item has yet to ship. I asked customer service what location it will be fulfilled by customer support provided me the number to this store. Contacted the manager at this location who was extremely rude told. Me he doesn't have time to answer my question hung up in my face. I called back left me in home for 15 min. I asked for his name. ( JOHN Caucasian older fella ) He advised me to call customer service again and that I better never call his store as they don't fulfill orders. I advised him customer service is who gave me his contact info and was given the ok to follow up directly. I asked why the info was conflicting and what would be the best thing to do. He raised his voice and told me to never call his store again and hung up. Keep in mind this is my first purchase from this company which i will never return and spend any money with due to the interaction and inorganization of the company and staff. He should of taken the time to help me through the process and be a bit more welcoming but working retail in xmas sucks and it shows! I was floored by JOHNS reply and outburst. This IS A HORRIBLE REPRESNAGION OF THE COMPANY John .. and because of you i wont be back !!! Happy Holidays

The in store content for is very slim and they jacked the prices way up! The shoes are mostly gone, the men’s section is slim pickings. Totally went down hill compared to other stores here. Sorry I feel they are struggling and the customer is being smashed on cost to make up for it.

Horrible customer service, I had a prepaid debit card that was given to me and wanted to put it on a gift card so I could purchase something online with a gift card and use my normal debit/credit to cover the remaining balance. The young lady behind the desk was rude and basically implied I was doing something fraudulent. They did however tell me if I want to buy something in store with the same card they denied for a gift card that I could use it that way which makes no sense. I won't be shopping at saks or saks off ever again.

This is an interesting store with large floorplan. The sign says "Saks Fifth Avenue" in the same font as a typical Saks store, but the sign also includes the words "Off 5th" next to the words "Sacks Fifth Avenue" so presumably they are having a play on words with their business name. Similar to off broadway. There were many clothing racks with a floor layout similar to a consignment store feel. Some people will really like the wide variety of products and big store feel.

Do not stop at this store, the manager is super disrespectful, she is not trained to deal with a complaint that was more of a suggestion and she ended up yelling at me in front of all the customers. She is very rude.

At this store can find big choice of lady and man winter jackets and coats,merino sweaters,but have to check often to find good deal.

I come here to buy name brands for budget, but they don't really have a good selection of good things, just out of season styles. They wont let you try on some items. Store employees just stares at you. Employees wouldn't even give me a band aid for a cut or let me use their bathrooms. The Saks off fifth brand is lower quality as well the shirts sweaters always tear and the sizing is small on their clothing as well. This place is going down hill. They always lock the front door and it's annoying to have to walk all around.

Don't shop at this location!!! Went to a store for a Winter coat on clearance, found one coat with a clearance sin attached to it on a rack that clearly had a sign saying that "40% Off on All Clearance Items". When I was trying to check out, the store manager did NOT even try to honor the sale. He was terribly being unprofessionally and lying about the clearance. He further refused to honor the sale and screamed at me in front of all the other customers. It's shameful that any business identity would NOT honor its sale policies like this. Not to mention that customers were being treated unethically. We will NEVER shop at this location again!!!

When we arrived at 11am. there was a sign on the door saying they would be open at noon due to inventory. We came back at 12:30pm and the doors were locked but employees were inside. We called and no one answered. I no they heard the phone because we were able to see a green light flickering and it showed my number. So we knocked on the window to try and get their attention and the employees just looked at us and turned away. The other costumers that were there became upset and left. After 10 more minutes I called back and finally a lady answered and said we're probably going to open at 1pm . Forget that. This was such a big inconvenience because we had to go back home and come back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not order anything off online. The stores refuse to replace anything damaged or defective and the online store sends items already worn! Ordered $200 sorel snow boots and there’s gum on the shoelaces, scuffs everywhere and they smell like dirty feet. Store refuses to help at all. Online will not even let you exchange they make you send old ones back, don’t give a refund for over 15 business days and then expect you to pay for the replacement before receiving a refund on the product you were sent that was damaged. Worst customer service ever!!!
