Office is non-responsive to email inquiries sent through the State Farm app. Can't explain why my auto rates keep going up without scheduling an in-office appointment. Don't understand why they can't give me an explanation over the phone. I'm not losing money by taking time off of work just to receive a simple explanation.

Awful experience with Domenico Polo. When I reached out to get homeowners insurance and auto bundled up, he said I was ineligible without explanation and with a rude attitude. A little after that I reached out to another State Farm and they happily gave me an awesome policy for home and auto. I wouldn’t recommend working with him. With the other reviews listed this seems to be an honest location but not Domenico.

I left Allstate after 10 plus years, when I was never able to get ahold of my agent. I looked into State Farm and the fact that the same coverage was cheaper made my switch a no brainer. You can call anytime and speak to someone quickly. Claire has been nothing short of amazing in answering my millions of questions via email and on the phone. She is patient and always knows the answers, and if she doesn’t she takes her time to make sure she gets you the information you need. I truly don’t know how I would navigate certain issues without her. She remembers you and stays on top of things all the time. My sister has even switched to this office after seeing how wonderful I have been treated. If you’ve been thinking about switching companies or offices, let this be your sign. I truly cannot say enough good things!! Couldn’t be happier!
