Update 2/17/24 Got ANOTHER bill from rush. Convinced they have no idea what they are doing at this point, I called the VA, sat on hold, was told authorizations had been made, efforts to reach rush Copley made, and NOTHING. Stayed on the line while the va rep made contact. Call was dropped before it was concluded on my end. The VA called me back and said the issue should be resolved. But I highly doubt it. The one thing I will say is that this bill has not been sent to collections after almost a year which I think at least shows a willingness to get paid on their part. Stay tuned! The saga continues......

Meant for only Kids. Highly oversold to the employees of the adjacent Hospital in the form of Family packages. There's absolutely no written communication so that the narrative can be twisted. The therapy pool lacks lanes so let alone lane discipline and is a wild wild west. In the exact words of senior citizens who want to work out in the therapy pool but never step in that area, 'Unprofessional and a Disneyland'. Not meant for adults. Even after so much escalation, they have absolutely no interest to retain members that aren't either kids or employees of the adjacent Hospital.

Just started a gym membership at Rush. The facility is enormous, with so much opportunity! The people are also great. Highly recommended if you live in or near the area.

Rush copley healthplex is the location for our daughter's physical therapy services provided by BDI pediatric therapy at the pool on the premises. While I wish these services were closer to Elmhurst, I must say this gym has overall been a good place for these therapies. The aquatic staff is wonderful and kind and I have enjoyed my interactions with them through the years. The staff at the counter checking clients in are very friendly and remember regular visitors- even us- although we are there just once a week. The gym never seems too full, although the pool can certainly be populated with varied activities at the 5:00 hour with offerings of swim lessons and classes and water aerobics. When I have been to earlier therapy times, the pool is pretty quiet. There is a family changing room for children, which leaves the women's and men's changing room fairly quiet. The women's changing room has showers, a sauna, a hot tub and a cold pool, and a TV near a spa center. My only wish is the ability to use the pool amenities myself while my daughter is in therapy, but this is not included if kids are there through the therapy, which seems a little silly; I of course do not come more than once a week as I live pretty far away, but my understanding is I can pay for each visit if I should choose.

Only join if you are White, the most Racist gym manager on Saturday evening shift. I just came to gym since my work ends at 5 pm n asking me to leave my name n come out of hot bath n not even let me take shower lol. She is not asking other white members to do so instead smiling with them. Even after 6 pm there were people in gym n sauna n she was threatening only ME . N asking me to leave my name on front desk lol like punishing me for coming to gym. N when I said I want to quit membership right away for that she said come Monday. WORST gym ever esp. the white old lady on duty.I hope I talk to the director n this place gets sensible n racially inclusive staff. Never joining back

I have not really gotten to use the facility. My son is going to be working in the Health Plex and it’s beautiful. If you’re looking for a great work out, then this would be the place to go.

A good gym but for the prices your paying not inclusive of guests. They used to have 2 days a month to bring in a free guest. Once they realized they can scam more money, no more free guest days. Pure and simple greed.

I love this facility. It's large enough to have all the equipment needed, but small enough to where you don't feel crowded. The cold water bath/pool seals the deal!

The place is really nice, but swimming in shirts and pajamas in an indoor pool is really bad.. i think management needs to add some rules.

Stephanie, & Kevin really made the swimming experience for our 5 and 8 year old a great one. 1st class and they've learned more than 3 years at another park district we previously took them. So excited to see what their 2 month Progress from year looks like. It's instilled so much confidence for them.

I had an excellent experience with Rush Copley Healthplex. The owner is a great guy, and you can tell he cares about both the gym and the members.
