I put an inquiry in on the 2023 chevy traverse and I was contacted rhe same day. I showed my interest and scheduled my appointment to see the car and test drove it. My appointment was smooth and pleasant. Was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and with my new car.

I wish it was an option to put no stars! Second bad experience I had with this dealership! The first was back in 2019 when I was insulted by a salesman and what seemed to be racially profiled at the same time. I came in there looking to purchase a car and the sales man told me to prove my credit score to him before he shows me the car smh I know it’s hard to see a black man with a credit score of over 800 and owning three rental properties and making over a 100k at my job alone. I left before I let my anger get the best of me and when I got home my wife insisted I call a manager to report the salesman actions, but I was only able to relay the message to a secretary who insisted me someone would get back ASAP to me for the salesman actions. I WAITED on on a call but no one got back with me. Here I am 2023 I go in to lease my first corvette and was told they are not doing leases at this time and I should just finance one especially since I was talking about putting down 20k on the lease to bring the note down. I didnt want to finance. But I really wanted the car and I said what the heck. They had me sit there and build the car out with all the specs I wanted took my information down and promised me an allocation in a month. A month came and I wasn’t giving the phone call that the manager promised me so I came in again 12/11/23 after work and was told that the manager I spoken to was not there at the time but they had two new corvettes on the sales floor. I ask the that was there did he remember me because we talked about motorcycles and did he remember the manager over him promising a allocation on this date and no has called me to come in to get the finance process done because he told me it would take 3 to 4 months to build a car. It was like he blew me off and told me that they used the allocations on the two cars that was on the sales floor smh. I understand they say they sell the most cars out of any Chevy dealer around but be honest and respectful! stand by your word because without the customers you will have no job.

I had a great experience at Ron Westphal Chevrolet. The process was easy and smooth from start to finish. I was able to leave with a 2024 Chevy Equinox. It was a pleasure to work with our sales lady Crystal. Crystal made sure to answer all the questions I had and was able to show me all the bells and whistles on the new car, making sure I was comfortable before I left the car lot. I would recommend this car dealership.

Work was done in a timely matter. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. They know what they are doing. I've been having my cars serviced at Ron Westphal for many years and have never had a complaint. I will continue to have my car serviced at Westphal for many years.Debra Dumdie

Best car buying experience I have had to date. Starting with my email exchanges with Amber and through my purchase with Ohndrea everyone was helpful and very professional. I will definitely be telling everyone I know what a great dealership Ron Westphal is and recommend them highly.

The Sales Representative and Finance Manager at the Ron Westphal Chevrolet dealership were excellent in facilitating the new SUV buying process and provided outstanding customer service. They displayed great respect for the customer and treated you as you were welcome in their dealership. The GM of the dealership came over as well and provided his sincere gratitude on being a customer and value our business.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Ron Westphal Chevy, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I had high hopes for finding the right vehicle, but unfortunately, the entire visit left me questioning the competence and professionalism of the staff.First and foremost, when I arrived at the dealership, I was shocked to find out that the vehicle I was interested in was not even on-site. It was at the Finance Manager’s home It's baffling to me that a dealership would inconvenience customers by not having their inventory readily available for viewing. If a customer takes the time to visit a physical location, the least they can expect is to see the cars they're interested in especially when you call 75 -90 mins in advance and provide a time window for your arrival.To make matters worse, I waited over 25 minutes on the couch in the middle of the sales floor with no one bothering to provide an update. The lack of attention to customers is simply unacceptable. It's basic customer service to greet visitors promptly and inquire about their needs, but sadly, this concept seemed to be lost on the staff at Ron Westphal.The overall atmosphere of the dealership was lethargic. Staff was standing around just talking to each other.I had hoped to have a positive and productive experience at Ron Westphal, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering this dealership. There are plenty of other options that value their customers' time and provide a more professional and courteous service.

Sales area great. Service technicians schedule appointments and then tell you they can’t guarantee they can look at car that day. Puts the customer in a position of having to rent a car for indefinite period of time and paying for that rental. Location does not provide loaners or rentals. A courtesy phone call to tell me to reschedule would have been nice, since I drove from Plainfield to Oswego.But that didn’t happen. I’m disappointed since I bought my car there. Would think they’d want to have happy customers. Maybe not a priority.

Our salesman Jesse Sanchez was very accommodating and very enthusiastic to do whatever he could to get my wife and me a great deal and loan for our new 2024 Trail Blazer. We have purchased 2 cars from him in the last 10 years and have never had an issue. My wife and I were in need of another vehicle after giving our military bound son one of our cars to help support him in his medical career while serving our country in Pensacola. We trust Jesse to offer a great vehicle that would help provide to our lifestyle and assurances of longevity because of the quality products he promotes. So, in knowing this, we decided to buy our third car with Jesse as our trusted salesman and he didn’t disappoint. My family is absolutely thrilled and very satisfied with our new Chevrolet. We often recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet as a fantastic source of great deals and cars to friends and family. I do believe in about 5 years, our first purchased vehicle with Jesse will be needing replacement because of wear and tear from family car trips. Our family will definitely go to Jesse and Westphal for our next purchase. Can’t wait to see what is available in the coming years when our needs are presented. Thanks to all the staff at Westphal for giving our family the best Chevy has to offer in terms of service and car products. We will definitely be back again.

We were extremely happy with our experience. We had notified them before we went and they had the key ready to show us the car. We were not familiar with the features of the touchscreen. Brian Crunican was our sales person and he spent time explaining all the ways to operate the screen and other operations of the car. Even after we purchased it, he made sure we had no questions before we drove off.Everyone we encountered during our experience were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

An hour and a half into the sales process we were told that the vehicle, we were lead to believe we were purchasing...in fact was already sold to someone else. After we had an accepted agreed upon price with the salesman ...after the finance department ran credit inquiries... No one in this dealership...not even the sales manager... knew that this vehicle wasn't for sale?? Beware of doing business with this dealership!
