Bought new car here. First oil change was free. Car was missing heated seats. They ordered part, I got a call to go in to get it installed. They ordered the wrong part and told me next oil change was free. I asked him to make sure that was in the system. Well, next oil change wasn't free. At this point, cannot trust their word. There are too many dealerships out there to go to one who doesn't back their word.

Poor service, bad mgmt, low inventory. Joe the sales Mgr is the worst. I would strongly recommend going to naperville chevy. They treat you fairly and don't try to confuse the customer in order to low ball and trick them

We called wanting to pay full price on a vehicle. We were out of state but willing to come and get after being told they do not ship. After speaking to them on the phone we were told we'd get a call once it had been processed and was even available, and that they would hold the car once we gave them a flight number to show we were coming to get it. The next call we received was just to state it had sold. We didn't even have the opportunity to buy because per our last communication it wasn't processed! They even stated they didn't want to sell to anyone who wasn't local so be prepared for discrimination if you do not fit the bill as a local. We literally had the price of the vehicle ready to pay, or could finance through them with excellent credit. They just didn't want to sell to us and lied about trying to work with us even as we bent over backwards to try and jump through their hoops to purchase. I do not recommend doing any business with them as they only stood to gain in this transaction and still lied to us throughout dealing with them.

Inventory is horrible and managers lie. I wouldn't recommend this place or any dealership. The only thing keeping this place running is the s*** service they got. If you decide to go. Get ready to be lied and deceived and be treated like your some kind of idiot. I've had so many complaints about this dealership from family members that have bought from here I had to put this up so that any help readers will see what's going on. But hey. If u wanna get sold on a horribly made car designed to break down on you then by all means be that guy

Wanted a specific vehicle. Had a specific amount I wanted for my trade in. Had a specific monthly $ payment I wanted to stay under….Danny Cardinal made it all happen. In and out in 3 hours with everything I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with my new Tahoe. This is my 2nd vehicle from Westphal Chevy, and I know I’ll be back here again when the time comes.

Real disappointment of this guysthey don't work with you at all... they told me That nobody has trucks right now... ?? especially the one I was looking into it.. they brought me one time deal and that's it.. I had to say no !!!And they were OK they told me I hope it work next time Turn around on me!!Instead of work with me a little bit in priceI and monthly payments ...have no choice to walk away and I really wanted and need that truck...?

Absolutely fantastic service I've purchased two vehicles here in the past two years. The service department is as good as can be when it comes to dealerships they get the job done and they explain thoroughly which issues you have in your vehicle. When I did purchase my first vehicle here I brought my used 2015 Chevy sonic it cost me 3000 for a full tuneup and the vehicle had 100,000 miles on it. I have not had any issues since with the Chevy sonic and it is currently at 160k. Obviously I decided to keep my used vehicle instead of trading anything so I wouldn't have much input about the trading service but as for the sales and service and parts they are A++ I wouldn't take my vehicles or my service to any other dealership. Chevy or not.

Our salesman Jacob was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and needs. This dealership was honest and fair. I’ll definitely return here for future purchases. Didn’t take hours on end to make the purchase.

Talked to a salesman about a vehicle over the phone and was given a price. Went to the dealership to buy the vehicke and was told he couldn’t give me the vehicle at the price he told me.($1800 extra). I had to walk away...
