The team here is amazing to work with! They will help you find whatever you are looking for and they make the process easy. My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and we noticed a diamond was missing a few weeks later. Since we had the protection plan they took the ring, got it fixed and returned to me as quickly as possible. They provide amazing service and aren't pushy at all! We now buy all of our jewelry here!

Don’t waste your time. Met with snobbery and served with indifference. Poor communication and frankly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had purchasing jewelry.

My husband ordered a band and they stayed 4-6 weeks. Perfect! We had an appointment that the band was needed for in 8 1/2 weeks so that was plenty of time. At 6 weeks we were told it’s actually 6-8 weeks. Ok pushing it but that still works. They stated it was with their quality department at their headquarters. At 8 weeks we were told 1 more week. Only to then be at the 10-12 week mark before we got the band. They then blame the vendor which doesn’t work because they are the ones who gave the wrong dates and had the ring at week 8 at their headquarters… so why blame instead of taking accountability? We get it and it’s just a little bit off from actually fitting the ring. I mention this and the lady stares at me like a deer in headlights! I say it 3x and she just stares off into space… I’m pretty sure she was the manager. She doesn’t say a word! I decide this has been a mess already so let’s just get it and go.(it was paid for when we ordered it.) My husband then signed a paper with comments about him calling for a ring THEY stated would be ready BY the dates he called stating he was being anxious about the date… what??? So pissed! Never going to this location again. Thank god this wasn’t for my actual wedding!!!!
