I've been to Allegro twice now with our 2014 Sienna a few years ago and and now my 2020 MDX and I'm very satisfied with their service. I called multiple places including Safelite and they were quoting $1k for the MDX. Ramon charged less than half the other companies were quoting and got my windshield replaced the day after.

Used this service a couple of months ago to replace a cracked windshield. This was the most cost effective option. I called on a weekday afternoon and they had my windshield replacement available the next morning. Very reasonable and quality work.

I received bad service from the start. Ramone answered the phone with "Hello". He didn't identify the business, which was a little odd. I made an appointment for 5pm the next day for him to come to my house. He wasn't there by 5:15, so I called him. He said he was busy working in the shop and meant to call me. We rescheduled for the next day at the same time. I texted him at 4:30 and asked him if he would be at my house at 5. He called me right away and asked if it had to be right at 5 because he was in traffic. I was on a tight schedule and needed him to be on time. I told him that I did not want him to come out and that I would find a company that is more reliable. This is very disappointing because I wanted to save money and support a local business.

I called Allegro auto glass repair and spoke with Ramano - from the beginning when he answered the phone he very friendly and polite. I informed him my 2018 Toyota Sienna windshield needed to be replaced - he asked me questions about the vehicle, quoted me the price and told me he would order the windshield and it would be there the following day in the afternoon. Ramano called the next day when the windshield came in - I went to his shop but the windshield was not the right one ( this one had 2 sensor plates in the front windshield mines only has 1). Not a problem because with these new vehicles and all there sensors at least he was able to see what type of windshield I actually had and plus I live about 5 minutes from his shop - Ramano told me he could reorder it and it would be in later - we agreed that I would return the next day for him to install. All said and done - they are Amazing- got my windshield installed, gave me valuable suggestions about debris that get trapped underneath the hood underneath the front wiper area. 'To Really top it off they fixed my rubber trim that protruded out some and now it looks so much better!' I would recommend Allegro auto glass (Aurora, IL) - not only do they do an Amazing job but they go beyond and their price is pocket friendly - they take their time - they're not rushing and the results as I said are Amazing. I Thank Y'all again!

This is an out of the way dad/son team. The dad is relentless in building his customer base as described to me firsthand by the son. The dad will stay after hours when the store is closed to make sure and help all people that may be in distress. They can be trusted/ relied on/ do fantastic work/ and beat all rival competition estimates!! Don't think, just call or go there. They will help you with honest answers and great advice!

I had a number of cracks in the windshield of my Honda CRV. I went with my gut on this one .... plus all the great reviews. And all the reviews were spot-on. Yes, this place is a little off the beaten path and the building/house/shop are not fancy, but that who cares. They were extremely professional, quick, polite and so much cheaper than any of other places I got quotes from. I would highly recommend this shop!

My insurance doesn't cover windshield replacement so we searched around for my son's car. Thought we had a great price until we were recommended to Allegro. We saved $100 over the best price we could find before. The service was fantastic and the owner was very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone. Don't let the location and building deter you from going there. I never write reviews but I felt pretty strongly about this one.

Seriously stand up guys! I drove up unannounced with a windshield that was improperly installed (by someone else) and had a huge open gap between the glass and the hood and the molding/ trim was also not attached. A sweet young man came out and I showed him my problem and he fixed it without charging me! Were you wondering if there were still any kind souls in the world, let alone the world of auto repair? The answer is yes there are, but only if you go to the right place! Go give them your business and refer your friends too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need a windshield? Give them a call and drop off the car. 100 bucks less then the competition. Hole in the wall, but alas a great deal. If your from Naperville don't bother, you'll be uncomfortable.

Great guys, did my 1964 Chevy truck windshield. Came out to me, did a nice job, at the price they quoted, you cant ask for more than that. Don't be afraid to use Allegro, they did me right!

I wanted to write to commend the work done by Ramon and his son on our RV. We purchased the vehicle used and it had a badly cracked windshield. The seller did not make good on his promise to fix it so I called Ramon as he had done a nice job with our Toyota Sienna when I took it to their shop last year. They are very fair, do good work and are reliable. They came to my house this time at no extra charge. I will recommend them to anyone...
