My recent visit to Chase Bank to open a new checking account left me with mixed feelings, resulting in a 3-star rating. Despite being the only ones waiting, the wait time was surprisingly high. It took around 45 minutes before we were called by a banking specialist, which felt disproportionate to the lack of any other customers waiting to be serviced at the reception. Once we were finally attended to, the process of opening the new Chase Checking Account was relatively straightforward. The banking specialist efficiently guided us through the necessary steps. A notable drawback is the parking situation at this particular Chase Bank branch. Situated in the busy area of Fox Valley Mall, the parking lot is consistently almost full, creating challenges for customers. Navigating through the lot often feels like off-roading, adding an unnecessary layer of inconvenience to the overall banking experience.

I've been there twice over the last month and both times I've walked in to put my name on a list nobody has even come out of their cubicle to acknowledge me. And they're not even doing anything. They look at me then just look away and continue to do.. nothing. No customer service. I went in today and sat for 10 minutes and decided to get up and leave... and that's when someone finally stopped me to ask if I needed anything... as I was headed out the door.

My owner has been banking with Chase for years and always had great service until he came to this location. It was a good thing I had to sit in the car because I would have left one of my special smelly tootsie rolls on the floor if you know what I mean. My owner went inside to use the ATM a bit after 6PM on 3-12-2019. While using the ATM he could see the employees at the bank waiting to leave. Being smart he understands that for security reasons they wanted to wait for him to leave. To his surprise though one came out as he was getting ready to leave. Then the rest of the group followed behind. All is ok up till this point. Then being a nice person he offered to hold the door. The employees were giggling behind him making comments about him and told him to just go ahead. The one even saying we don't know who he is and saying the other employee shouldn't have gone outside. Needless to say my owner is quite pissed and may be switching banks. He does lots of business with Chase but the unprofessional behavior at this location is unbelievable. These employees really need to grow up. I have seen more professional behavior at my dog parks.

This location is a mad-house! The parking lot is very small, so it's hard to drive through or get a spot. This location gets a lot of traffic since it's at the mall, which makes it busy inside. They should really consider moving locations or expand the parking lot.

Came to chase bank at 10 am and have been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Have not moved one person. They have 6 employees sitting at desks and one teller. Completely ridiculous

I would give zero if i could. We were here around 8:50am. Really bad customer service. The lady banker named Espe gave us attitude and treat us like we are a begger. Is it our fault if we dont speak english really well. Is that the way you treat your customer CHASE????

I am no big city fancy banker and neither do I posses any abnormal mathematical skills but I get goose bumps seeing Chase employees being unable to add 3 checks together and subtract simple amount out of it, we are talking 6th grade level algebra, furthermore idiotic explanation of system is telling me this is a big NO NO. You don't screw with mans money and I have no mercy on you who somehow pursued a job as a bank teller with no ability to use very simple math, it's a reflection on you and everyone else who should know better not to give you this job. Terrible experience.

Watched someone who claimed to manager seriously mismanage a complaining, irate customer. The customer was making valid points and the "manager" just responded with "I didn't do anything to you." Umm you are a representative of Chase regardless if you created the issue. Makes me question Chase's judgment. Parking lot is small and difficult to navigate with all the traffic. Interior is very clean and bright.

I only use the drive-thru here when my credit card bill is due the day after pay day. So run over here during lunch time. The drive-thru lanes can get backed up, and you might have to wait behind someone. They always process my payments without asking me any questions. Last time I was here, I filled out the back of my payment form indicating my information had changed (my last name in this case). I received no acknowledgement about this, and I think they ignored it completely. Little things like this at banks make me question their accuracy and attention to detail. Parking lot is small, and there are a lot of people patronizing the nearby fast food restaurants and the mall. Avoid if you can.

One of the worst banks on earth! They are all evil anyways but this one is just extra special. This branch is okay almost always busy and there are not enough parking spots.
