Rachel the cashier who was assisting me during my visit made me feel so uncomfortable. While shopping around she insisted I was a different size from what I always wear. Rachel was extremely unprofessional and very rude throughout my entire visit. The way she was speaking to me with her smart comments was not it… I went to the store yesterday to buy some work boots I explained to her what size I wear and she kept insisting I was a whole size bigger. Today I went in to return the boots for a different pair since the ones Rachel insisted on me buying at first did not work out and were extremely uncomfortable… Rachel also mentioned “let’s pretend you are a union worker” when I am actually a union worker and provided proof. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable visit at Red Wing.

Well the machine that tell my size was wrong and now my boots are too big and are uncomfortable and told them its too big and they made me feel like I’m wrong and the machine is right I just want to get the right size so I can have comfort

The gentleman working today was extremely helpful in helping me find my first pair of Red Wing boots. He answered all of my questions and helped me get a pair of boots that are ideal for me. I didn’t get a chance to ask for his name, but I’ll be sure to come back around for any of my Red Wing needs

Unbelievable what kind of tune-up is this my boots worth almost 300 dollars look like they just dipped them in oil 2 mnts and they’re out to go ?? not even took the time to remove the laces ?

So about a month ago in late February, it was super busy and Kyla helped us out tremendously and she was there on her own that day. She deserves a raise! Felt bad for her too!

Paid $300 for boots, made wrong and since I wore the one day no return. Sales person was busy with baby daddy to do her job correctly so I ended up screwed. Lost my companies business forever.

Hello yelpers, I know sometime we have those experiences when you go back a forth deciding If you should really leave a comment. I felt compelled to do so because as a customer no one wants to feel they are being over looked. I walked into this establishment, the first thing thensales person pretty much didnt look me way even tho they can see who's in and out, I was surprise I had to ask jim gentlemen if he worked at the store . I'm very good at ready energy and people body language, but there's always an angel on the premises willing to go about and beyond, for that reason this store deserves a fair review. I'll give 3 stars ONLY because the talk guy at the counter was willing to help, I didn't catch his name..I THANK YOU for your help!

When I bought my $350 lace less boots I was told they were warranty. The sewing and the wire has broke within a year of owning them. The left one was NEVER WATER PROOF from day of purchase. And now that they are destroyed I can't no matter how many times I call or what time of the day I call. Can get an answer on wether or not I can be taken care of. Then even tho they were sold to me under warranty I'm being told after having to physically go to a store for an answer. That it will cost me $100+ to fix them.... not a happy customer.
