Automated systems?? Really, and even o top of that I arrived three time to get my appointment canceled on me. Why not out the human back in humanity of health. Please please please, DO NOT use automated systems in healthcare that is the biggest flag that tells me you don’t care about your patients

Two out of three of the people I saw here today were extremely rude. Rolling their eyes getting attitudes, speaking to people in a rude manner. So unprofessional. You guys are part of the healthcare system, you are supposed to be kind to others, you should be kind to others regardless, if it wasn’t for the fact that I had to come here for insurance I would not return.

Open early hours, clean with caring staff and minimum waiting time if you have scheduled an appointment.

I had an order to drop off my daughter's urine sample, already had the sample and paperwork ready. There was absolutely no one at the front desk, I had to make sure they weren't closed or something. I checked in for a drop off, which should have been simple enough to do. Hand off the paperwork and sample, then go on with my day. An employee walked past me, went into the back, then came back out and didn't even greet me or check on me. After waiting for 25 MINUTES, I ended up calling the pediatrician and arranged to drop off the sample there instead. Also, at the check in kiosk there was an option to come in as a walk in patient to provide a sample and the closest available time was a 10 minute wait time, but I figured the drop off option was faster. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and no respect of a person's time.Edit: I tried calling their phone line, pressed 6 to speak with a representative, but got a recording telling me to check the kiosk, app, or website. Then it promptly hung up on me. So I couldn't even talk to anyone there. Awful.

Regretfully, their billing company, MyDoc, is impossible to work with. What should be simple is far from it!

I understand that short staffing is an issue and appointments take presidedence over walk-ins.........However a sign saying something like Unable to take walk-ins or even when calling appointments saying something but to let people sit there for 15-20 minutes is not right.

How rude! I was a few minutes late due to being in a leg brace and on crutches, no one was at the front desk and no one was even waiting. I signed in and it told me I was late and I needed to reschedule. I signed in anyway and it gave me a number, a worker came out and said, did you sign in? We are swamped today and there are no other appts available. I said I was given a number, she said that's for us TO CHOOSE to come out and talk to you. Then a women came out that walked in just before me and she was helped, are you telling me they were too busy to take me?! I think they just want to get out early and don't care! Classless and rude office staff!

Walked in and needed to pick up a container for 24 hour testing and they didn’t have it. Came back and when I asked if I could pick up or check to see if they had the container I was told I would have to check in and wait. I could understand if I was having testing done at that time or if I hadn’t already been there but they were the ones who didn’t have the supplies needed for the testing and they were still going to make me wait behind five other people just to see if they even had the equipment I needed.

they send them the orders by fax for the exams and they say that they have nothing they are irresponsible and the place is full of dust and dirty.

07/05/2023 - 7:50 AM : I was in the room# 1, where my samples were supposed to be collected, here is what I experienced and recommend never to visit this center:1) There was no name tag on the person taking my blood sample2) When injected, I dint look at the hand where the syringe was injected but on the opposite side, However, since it has been a minute or so (longer than usual) I have been injected, I looked at the spot where I was inject, to my surprise, I see no blood sample bottle but just the needle injected for no reason.3) When I looked back at the lady injecting me, she slowly removed the syringe.4) I was not shown any blood sample bottles, where usually you are asked to verify you name and the name sticker goes to the bottle.I am not sure what was injected to me when I was not looking at my hand. I have raised a complain with customer care executive, and will post here on how it goes.

Was sent here by my doc for a few blood tests. The appointment process wasn't great, because you can't reach anyone by phone at all. I was able to book online for a few days out.Finding the place was tough because it shares a building with a business of another name and there is no sign outside. So I thought the GPS had sent me to the wrong building. I called and of course couldn't speak to a live person but at some point in a lengthy automated recording it said they are located inside such and such heart center.The check-in process was clunky. I received a text telling me to check in then wait in my vehicle or inside. I went inside at my appointment time and had to check in again on an ipad (no live person here either) and wait a little bit.The phlebotomist was calling patients in by the first three letters of their first name. This caused some confusion obviously as nobody understood what name she was calling.She was very friendly and efficient taking my blood. Then the urine sample was weird as the instructions on the wall said to use cleaning wipes and other things which were not provided. I was told to leave the sample in a box in an office, which I did but then again there were no live people to tell me whether I was done or needed to sign anything so I just left.Overall the process was pretty unprofessional. This is not the sort of environment where all employees can be eliminated. I feel sorry for anyone who is elderly or has impaired vision because that would make using their technology for check in difficult.

Lisa G was the best! She was very friendly and made the process very easy which I appreciate bcuz I'm a big baby! Would recommend this Quest location to anyone getting blood lab work done.

DO NOT GO. The phlebotomist hit a nerve in my arm during a blood draw that has caused lingering pain and numbness for nearly a week.
