I have been a Procam customer for six years. From cameras, to lenses (new and used) to other equipment and accessories, they offer the best prices and service. Today I went in with a self imposed issue with one of my Nikon cameras. Jim was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue . I really appreciated his expertise and kind service.

Came in earlier today and the customer service was great. Though I had a lot of questions and was very indecisive, the Canon guy who's name I didn't catch was patient and answered every question I had, plus great recommendations! The guy who rang me out had great patience and customer service as well. I feel bad I don't know their names, but I'll definitely be back for more products!

After doing my research on line for a mirrorless camera, I decided on the camera I wanted to buy. I wanted to purchase it from a local store. I went into the Procam store in Aurora IL ready to spend over $3000 on a camera and a new lens. I asked to see the camera I was interested in and was told they did not have one on display. I asked if they had it in stock and they did. They were not willing to show me the camera unless I purchased it first! Despite their signs of "try before you buy", I was not even able to look at the camera before making the purchase. So why would I not make my purchase on line, save some money and get the same level of customer service. I will not be back.

As a professional photographer, I am picky about where I purchase my equipment and Pro Cam is one of the top camera stores on my list. Not only do they have a great selection of the top cameras, studio equipment, and lighting, but their expert team is friendly and always eager to answer questions you have. One of the things that really sets this camera store apart from its competitors, is they also host workshops, bring in representatives from major camera and lighting brands such as Canon, Sony, and Nikon.

The staff here is super amazing, and very helpful. I can’t recall the number of times I’ve been able to count on them for help with studio solutions and odd problem solving.
They are incredibly supportive of photography education, and host many events of their own as well as local organizations and camera clubs. As the current PPANI president, we sometimes have very large groups and their sizable studio space can accommodate us. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
If you need to rent space, their studio will definitely accommodate, and you get discounts on rental equipment when you’re renting the studio.

The best photography store in Chicago area. Awesome in stock selection and super friendly staff.
They are also super supporting of the local photography community. They have a huge studio in the back that can be rent by photographers. On top of that they provide a discount on rental gear if you rent the studio from them.
Totally recommending it to any photographer even it’s a longer drive from downtown Chicago.
