Ralph Lauren is one of my favorite brands l.This is a Polo Ralph lauren factory store in Aurora's Chicago premium outlet mall.They do have some pretty good deals plus if u signup for txt/sms you get 15% off coupons every now and then.Enjoy the savings on some good quality clothes

9/3/23 Customer was making me and my mom uncomfortable by grunting and staring at us with disgust. I responded to customer and sales associate who is a manager ( lady with long braids and African American was wearing a beige outfit) asked us if everything was okay. I said no customer was grunting at us and making noises as if we were disgusting to look at. She responded “ she is a customer” okay then what would my mom and I be ? Like her behavior is being justified. We felt uncomfortable and discriminated against. She then proceeded to tell her coworker “ ugh today will be a good day” sarcastically. Afterwards I went to the front and ask for the customer complaint the manager lady in the beige outfit was there as well. I felt uncomfortable and extremely upset. It’s not about taking sides but that day the customer and manager made the shopping experience bad. It’s acknowledging both sides of the party and acknowledging that I was a customer and I deserve the same respect.

As a good former employee, i wanted to come on here and share my horrible experience about working with one of the most disgusting mangers yuzaleth i think that’s how you spell her name. she is one of the messiest people you would ever meet, i don’t even know how she landed her position but she would spread rumors and try to medal into peoples personal lives. as a 40 year old manager i thought she’d be more mature than that but apparently we’re still in high school at a full time job. the rest of the employees & managers were fine but she was the bad apple

I just came in last minute shopping for my daughter, I’m very very busy. I’m optometrist tech department manager and never have time for anything. My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow 6/17 and I was NOT going to leave until I found her the perfect outfit! Markita saw me looking lost for the longest and found everything for me! I Couldn’t be happier, thank you sooo much Markita, from Deon!

We came into the store to do an exchange. We let the cashier know that we wanted to exchange the items for bigger sizes, he informed us that he could do the exchange or have a gift card, we asked for the gift card so we could take our time and look around. All four items had original tags, unworn, and we had the gift receipts. There was an issue scanning the receipts and the system was saying invalid, the cashier went to get someone else, she tried to over ride the system because she said they were having this problem even with other receipts. She could not solve the issue so they went to get the manager Uselis. She tried and it was giving the same issue. She said we could not do the exchange without the receipt but we told her we did have the receipts the merchandise was a gift and we had the gift receipts. She gave us attitude and said again that we could not have a return without the top part of the receipt. I explained to her that how would we have the top portion of the receipt if it's a gift receipt. She gave us attitude again. Eventually she said that we could exchange for the same items. We did, once it was time to go back to the register. The cashier again needed her to override the system and she took so long to come and help us that all the cashiers in store went by us to try to help since we had been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. We waited for about 20 min when finally a different girl came, and completed the transaction. There was no need for the manager Uselis to be rude to us as we were not being problematic or difficult. And there was no need to wait over 20 minutes to be helped when she already knew that she was needed in order for us to complete the return.Very dissatisfied.
