Just pulled in to withdrawal money from the outside ATM and the machine took my card with an error on the screen saying out of service.
I'm not sure why this bank is still open after they got rid of the teller machines.
Thanks a lot.

Staff was nice but they do not have cash on hand at this location. Pointless building.

Worse branch I ever been to . I went in to deposit a nice check and one the employee there not sure if he a manager or just a banker but he had to nerve to ask me where I got my check from. I get it but it’s not your business where the check is from. Felt very disrespectful. Never had an issue with pnc before but this left a bad taste in my mouth. .. close to taking my business to a different bank..

This is a Bank that doesn't accept cash deposits unless you do it through an ATM. I needed to make a cash deposit and because we are a youth non for profit organization and we aren't allowed a ATM card.I was told I had to go to a different branch to deposit. I didn't even get a sorry for my troubles. Not sure why it says "Bank" on the side of the building when you can't Bank there.

This is my local PNC, which stopped basic cash services. I can't deposit or withdraw cash with a teller at this location any longer, all services are redirected to the ATM. I needed to withdraw a large sum of cash from my account, and I didn't want to do a bunch of ATM transactions in $500 increments. When I tried using the ATM (I had plenty enough cash for my needs), it was claiming insufficient funds. Perhaps fill your ATMs?I switch to the Naperville PNC bank, only using this one to deposit checks. I enter that bank only to learn that they also no longer handle basic cash services. Extremely dissatisfied, clearly the customers' needs are not their highest priority.

Retired Boomer here: Special recognition for Maria Lourdes Rendon. She took the time and had the patience to guide me through the PNC app and thought me how to transfer money from my credit account to my checking account. And for that, I am grateful. Thank you Maria.

Tony was wonderful in clearing something up. Top notch customer service. The Virtual Wallet is an incredible product! I moved from the area & haven't been happy with a Peoria branch.

This is a glorified ATM. When you walk in pretty much the first they say is we don't have cash. I also found out ALL PNC banks are going to this model. So you will not be able to pull more cash then the ATMs allow. Switching banks....

This is now a "digital location" and they have no tellers available to withdraw cash. Absolute garbage facility now.

No longer have a teller at this location. No notice or email about it. Wasted trip to make my mortgage payment.

Drive through takes way to long. NEVER PAY YOUR BILL HERE. I always count my money 3 times before paying my bill and this young lady there always tells me I'm short when I know for a fact I put the full amount owed.

This review is going to be really short. We only use the ATM machine. It always has cash and receipts, the lot is clean and well illuminated. Sadly, there never seems to be any customers either in the drive through or inside. We noticed this even before COVID.

Never been to this PNC before, are the atms normally all the way to the left on the building? Guess I'm used to Chase Banks where the self serve ATM is always on the right. But hey, still worked perfectly fine and only had to wait about 30 seconds to use it. Machine looks like it has taken some damage, there was duct tape on the top hahaha. The location I feel is good and was easy to take a left into which was nice. If i need to go back I'll definitely use this location again.

this review is a warning about the PNC Bank Visa card and their scheme to defraud the cardholder out of their "rewards program" dollars that is supposed to be paid to the cardholder. My mother is in her nineties. I manage her business affairs. I noticed that her rewards dollars would actually DECREASE over time so she never got paid any money back after YEARS using this card! when I inquired why....i was told that the accrued benefits of the card ACTUALLY "ROLL OFF" (their words) after 2 years, if the points don't reach the arbitrary number of $100. Since I only use the card for Mom's limited purchases, the number will never reach $100 since the accrued charges are essentially deleted by PNC after the rolling 2 year period. Pretty good way to defraud an elderly person, don't you agree???
