Retired Boomer here: Special recognition for Maria Lourdes Rendon. She took the time and had the patience to guide me through the PNC app and thought me how to transfer money from my credit account to my checking account. And for that, I am grateful. Thank you Maria.

Tony was wonderful in clearing something up. Top notch customer service. The Virtual Wallet is an incredible product! I moved from the area & haven't been happy with a Peoria branch.

This review is going to be really short. We only use the ATM machine. It always has cash and receipts, the lot is clean and well illuminated. Sadly, there never seems to be any customers either in the drive through or inside. We noticed this even before COVID.
