It is very sad to realize that there are such incompetent and unprofessional people. We opened our business account and they canceled it without prior notice, not a message, not even an email, nothing, and when I go to check why my online bank is not working, I realize that it does not work. There is already the account that was canceled for not having enough information, something that they themselves did not ask for. When I opened the account, I showed all my information and they said it is not necessary.

Pnc bank I do not recommend it... terrible service, they canceled my account without prior notice, being a business account... not even a call. They even gave me an email to tell me anything, they are very incompetent, I do not recommend them ???????? ?

This bank is so discriminatory its insane. If your not white or hispanic be ready for them to give you a hard time about anything simple. I couldnt even get a simple notary from this place and its my own bank for 3 years. They have a bunch of new managers that have no idea what there jobs are so they have to ask someone else for guidance constantly just to end up in circles with nothing solved. The fact that I was denied a notary is just shocking and appalling.

By far the least organized PNC I have ever been to. Their rules change everyday, they randomly close, they've lost deposits in the past, and the teller is extremely rude and provides less than competent customer service. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS.

Stop to cash my overpayment of my auto loan they tell me if I don't have an account other than my auto loan it will cost me 2%, well you can see why you're closing your locations!

There is a sign in the front of the bank letting you know you can text a number to wait in a virtual line to see a banker. I did exactly that. I received confirmation letting me know I was next in line to see a banker. I waited 45 minutes. The banker then proceeded to help multiple walk-ins that arrived much later than I did and who never checked into the virtual line. Get rid of the signs if you aren't utilizing the virtual line. I ended up leaving without once being helped as they were about to close. But don't worry .. the woman who randomly walked up to the banker when I was clearly next got her checks ordered.

What the heck PNC. I came in yesterday to make my last car payment. My paycheck didn't come in until today (next day). I figured since im off wednesday i can go in to PNC and pay with a check since checks usually don't clear til next day. But no, you guys electronically cashed the check the same day. That overthrew my account and i got charged a fee by my bank. Ive never had that happen before. I thought checks weren't supposed to clear until the next day. Ive had no issues with you guys during the whole time i had my car loan with you.

After Jason disputed the difference in my account instead of the full payment he tried blaming me after saying he put in the note for a full dispute. Bottom line is because of they're wrong doing you will have to wait longer for you money to be deposited back into you account. I have automatic payments set up so I don't have 7 to 10 business days to wait while my account goes into the negative and I'm stuck dealing with overdraft fees. I am closings my account as soon as this issue gets resolved

Very impressive and well trained staff. I have had great experiences every time I have been in here, but my most recent visit was exceptional. Their tellers are very well trained, and today Maria noticed something in one of my accounts that alerted her to possible fraud. I spoke with the branch manager, Steve, and he was able to resolve the situation quickly and took the time to explain everything to me and gave me advice on how to handle things going forward. Because of their knowledge and actions, they saved me from what could have been major financial headaches. I can't say enough good things about this bank!

So far Sherri is a breath of fresh air at this bank location. Possibly Josh as well. Not too pleased with the rest- however, i will keep my opinions open to change. We will be moving out of state so hoping for the best at the other locations.
