Worst customer service that i have seen. You want to file a dispute? Save your time 99% its going to get declined and you wont even know it got rejected. Their app? One word outdated. I should never have left BOFA. If you dont want to take my word on it just do a simple google search.

I come here often to do routine transactions. They are very polite and they never screw up.
