My name is Vrund, I have never gotten glasses in my life. Was scared that my eyes would hurt and glasses would not look good on me. But I stand corrected. Had an appointment for 1:40, arrived there at 1:35 and was greeted and seated right away. Very welcoming and humble staff, and the doctor who tests you, explains everything in dept. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need for glasses. Thank you Dr Hong and staff.

My experience with Pearl vision in Aurora Illinois has been one of the most amazing experience. Aymer and Carlos have been such a great help to me. They both were very helpful, courteous and friendly. This location is clean and very welcoming to anyone who enters . I highly recommend Pearl vision to everyone... Wonderful service at this Pearle Vision location! My husband and I were traveling from out of state and he needed to see an optometrist quickly. We popped into 2 other optometry offices, but they were unable to help. We are so thankful for this Pearle Vision. They really went above and beyond. We are recommending them to all of our family that live nearby.

Visited this location for an eye check up and for prescription sunglasses. This team is very professional and did a great job with their follow up. In addition, when they noticed a quality issue (I would have missed it!) they proactively fixed the problem at no additional cost, prioritizing getting me my glasses in a timely fashion. Really appreciate their customer first values! Very pleased with their follow through! Highly recommend this location!

After trying a couple of other larger eye glasses centers I luckily found This Gem of an optometry Store.If you are looking for a new optometry center,t look no furtherEveryone at this pe is so caring and patient, you feel like a priority all the time,and you feel really cared about and can really tell that they all really just want to help you see better,and want every aspect of your experience to be pleasant. I I I I I I I I they are very supportive,communicative I cannot recommend this team of Folks here any higher ! If you need new glasses as I did You can't go wrong with this pearl Vision center, they really do put the Care back into Eye care top notch quality service was provided by everyone at this pearl vision center and I could not be any happier with my new glasses they are by far the best pair of glasses I have ever owned Do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment soon you will be happy that you did! thank you Dr. Bodie, Ty Carlos ,Ty Mary,what a wonderful experience!

Definitely a well earned 5 star. I walked in and was welcomed immediately. I did not have wait time for my appointment. The Optometrist was thorough, professional and took a lot of time exploring and explaining my eyes. He left time for questions and was attentive. The other staff members were rotating between customers and politely stated they would be with me in a few minutes. My glasses were ready in 30 minutes. My eyeglass bag looked like a gift bag. My visit ended with the same professionalism and smile with which I was greeted. I had to bring my children with me and everyone, including the doctor was patient and kind to them.They are bilingual which is a plus!

I have been seeing Dr. Vergara since I 1st needed glasses when he 1st opened in '97 and the service has always been great. Over the years I've only had a couple of issues and between Dr. Vergara and his office mgr Carlos and the rest of the staff they always make it right. They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my glasses. The price is good and the quality ever better. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Best doctor In the area of Aurora Naperville in Kane County also the service is exceptional and the people who work here are very nice, the place is clean and they have parking. Everything is neat I am very blessed to have this doctor for years I recommend this place.

This is a nice, clean office. Prescribed the exact type of frames and lenses that I wanted. My vision has changed slightly over the years and they have always given the eyewear I need to experience perfect vision when I have my glasses on. There's a very wide variety of frames to choose from.

My experience at Soleil Eye Care has been 100% positive. Hector and Carlos and the staff are excellent, trying to be sure your glasses are exactly right for you. My eye exams have been very professionally done. I highly recommend Soleil Eye Care for all of your eye wear needs.
