Went to main warehouse and lost an hour waiting for hoses. Called this place to confirm they had correct radiator hoses. They said their system showed they did have them. Drive there and another waste of time. They did not have hoses.

This store is a great place for cars accessories. My car needed new windshield wipers. They went and put them on my car! Zip zip zip they were fast about it too!

Got the run around about parts . Cheap quality rotors even left them the 1 year old weak rotors . Never buying again there

This store deserves no stars but I can not post with out clicking a star!!! They are rude and every time I call they put me on hold. The one time they did not the ignorant girl did not know what I was talking about and instead of putting me on hold to ask someone else she hung up on me!! I will never give my money to these people again!!!

For starters, the two employees at the registers were not wearing masks despite there being a mask mandate in illinois. They also didn't have a clue...about anything...and were incredibly rude. I was asking some pretty straightforward questions and they didn't know a thing and just said "uh yeah, uh, that should work." It was clear they didn't have even the slightest interest in assisting me. I will never return to this location, or maybe even to an O'Reilly's altogether if this is the low standard they have for their employees.
