Horrible communication, terrible customer service .Waited 6 weeks for a bariatric bed to be told can't get one from them or anyone else, reason was I had a bed from another company that was returned in October 2023.Called medicare they never even called for pre approval.I gave up after many phone calls from myself and my Doctors office.stay away from Orbit .

Terrell was very nice. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable & very professional. He answered all the questions we asked & even gave suggestions/recommendations on issues we have on some of the other medical equipments. Orbit Medical seemed to be a good company as evidenced by their staff like Terrell. I will highly recommend this company to anybody.

I have been trying to get someone from this company to return my call for 6 weeks. I have left multiple messages including ones to return my call without any response. I have a wheelchair that my husband never used and needs to be return. This company has extremely poor customer service.

Terrell was amazing! He called prior to arriving and was prompt with set up. Terrell also walked me through the configuration of the bed and allowed me to video the setup process for my parents to see how to put it together if needed.
