New owners and great customer service. I was in the process of looking elsewhere as the previous owner was unhappy.

Been going here for years. I have had many cleaners before, none of which ever delivered consistent quality and reasonable pricing like New Cleaners.

Went to this horrid , rude and cranky lady for years only for convenience. We dropped off 2 pairs of men’s uniform pants to be hemmed. She measured and when we took pants home they were still 3 inches too long and still dragging on the floor. $20.00 charge. My husband brought them back and she wanted to charge ANOTHER 20 to fix them.Shame on us for not trying them on at pick up, but something tells me this *itc$ would have still charged double. We have been going there since around 2004..... glad we just moved and won’t give this horrid lady any more of our money-also disgusting watching her scream at her husband.

Fine for cleaning, not competent as tailors.

It saddens me to write this review as I had a great relationship with this dry cleaner for years. They were great to work with until we ran into a problem with them. They seemed to have lost a shirt that belonged to my husband. Now, I know this happens. But they didn't want to admit they lost the shirt. They argued and then became basically rude to us, even though we continued to use their services. Finally, my husband had just 'had it' with the attitude and decided to switch to a different cleaners. Me? I planned on still using them for my cleaning and our daughters' items. But when I went in to pick up an item of my daughter's, the owner would not even speak to me. She saw me come in, got my daughter's item, charged my credit card and did not say one word to me. That's when I decided I had better switch as well. Sad to think a long relationship could end like this. But the silent treatment from a dry cleaner? Seriously? I don't need that

Horrible attitude and customer service.I walked in and said hello. No response. Placed my six shirts on the counter and asked for light starch, press, no laundry. First comment, "We are not open on Friday." I said ok, when can you have them ready. Response, "Monday." She counted and examine the labels a few times and printed out a receipt. I asked don't you need my number and name. Response: "No, I have temporary number on the ticket.". As I left, I noticed the ticket had laundry for the shirts. I went back in. Told her there was a mistake on my ticket. She stated, "Price still the same. We laundry anyway."I told her I did not ask about the price. I did not know what they use in their laundry service and had already cleaned them. I only needed light starch and pressing. She mumbled something and said, "Take them back, all cleaners wet before pressing."I don't see them staying in business long with service like that.

I would rather not give any stars to this company, but I had to in order to get review posted. The alterations person, Jessica, is a very mean, unprofessional individual. I took in a formal maternity dress that needed to be shortened for a wedding. She did an initial pinning in 3 spots in the very front of the dress and asked if that length was all right. I said I thought it was, but wasn't entirely sure. I said it was a good place to start. She did not say how many inches that was so I got a ruler and measured 3". I went to pick it up today and tried it on again. I decided it really should be shortened an additional 2" because I was concerned about tripping over the dress. Out of nowhere this woman began yelling at and berating me in front of my 15 month old daughter. I asked her repeatedly not to yell at me in front of my child and did not understand why she was reacting with such venom. She is Korean and does not have great English skills. She was angry that she was being asked to do more work on the dress. I was confused and asked, "Isn't that your job?" The bottom line is she was way, way, way, way out of line. My husband had been taking his dry cleaning there for years and had also done a few simple alterations with her. I had no idea she was so mean and unstable. At the checkout counter she got right up in my face and yelled. I wanted to just walk out, but tried to do the right thing and pay for the work she had done. There are PLENTY of dry cleaners in the area. Please avoid giving business to this company. They do not deserve your time or money. Her choice to react that way was uncalled for, undisciplined and cruel. No one deserves to be treated the way she treated me.
