Honestly pretty disappointing selection of shoes here-- and calling it an outlet is a bit of a stretch. Many of the shoes there were regular price, but the offered a buy one, get half off sale (which a number of shoe stores offer). They seemed to carry mostly the lower quality line of shoes that you find at Kohls or Shoe Carnival rather than the premium running shoes (there was a very limited selection of better shoes). Won't be likely returning.

The NB outlet associates were extremely helpful today. They went in the storage area and found shorts in the right size and multiple colors that my very tall, thin son desperately needed. New Balance has been our family of runners/swimmers go-to athletic brand for a decade. NB quality and customer service continues to set the standard in a changing brick and mortar retail environment. Thank you for going the extra mile. Worth the trip.
