I've been purchasing great timepieces from this outlet store for over 10 years now. (Im blessed to live 15 min from the outlet mall). Always excellent customer service.
My recent purchase experience was top notch once again.
Sebastian and Bryan helped me select the perfect watch at a bargain price. Cool genuine guys with a great attitude. Not pushy salesman. This is a Great place to but a REAL Movado watch. Highly recommend.

Every time I go I to this store it's a great experience. The staff are friendly and well knowledged. Movado has excellent pieces, so you can't go wrong - their staff knows how to help you find what you're looking for.

We visited a Movado Outlet store in Orlando and purchased FIVE watches...one of the watches went on sale approx 10 days after purchase so we contacted the store, not for a refund, as warning here, Movado Outlet does not do Refund!!, only Exchanges, so with that being said, we asked for a store credit of $50 which is how much the watch was reduced. We paid $386 and we was reduced to $336....but when we called, the Manager Alex was not around. We waited but he never returned our call. So we filed a complaint with BBB but again, Alex was so rude, he did not respond. We will continue to try agencies until we receive the credit due to us, as now we have realized we should have never shopped there. Always ask any store if they honor Refunds, if not purchase elsewhere. BTW, you could have found these prices at any store as there are always sales going on. Very disapppointed in this Store Manager's silence and refusal to honor customer AFTER purchases our made. We spent over $500....we will spend our money elsewhere. Just a warning to other.

Poor customer service. There were three employees and only two customers inside store plus us and female attendant told us they were too busy to add a link to our movado watch.

Completely useless store and employees. I bought a watch online and when need to return it, the customer service gave me an option to return it at one of the 3 company stores located in Aruora, Rosemont or Gurnee. I drove 50 miles and went to Aurora store. The store flat out refused to take the returns back indicating “their system will not allow any returns”! I called the customer service again and they indicated that the store should have accepted the return! Don’t bother shopping here as they will jot accept your returns!!

I just purchased a watch here for mother's day, got home and realized that the battery is dead on the watch and at the back of the watch there is a sticker indicating to replace the battery 04/2021 more than a yr ago.I called the store, they acknowledged their mistake and OK to replace the battery but denied my request to get compensated as i will have to spend 2hrs of my life driving back and forth for their mistake. They lost me as a customer...
