“I had an issue with my work iPad yesterday that kept me from working at a time when I really couldn’t afford to be “down”! My company provider is Verizon but I was in front of this store and it was nasty storming outside. I walked in and in under 3 minutes Raj got my iPad to reset and he got me on the road. No charge by the way. Raj was just there to help! Exceptional customer service and kindness Raj! T-Mobile needs to give you a raise! If you need T-Mobile service… go see Raj!”
