“Arrived at the store with a phone issue that had become very frustrating for us. Walked in the store and was greeted by the manager Fernando. He attended to us right away. We explained the issue and he immediately took action to resolve the problem. He was very attentive to our needs and did his very best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we couldn’t resolve the problem but he offered suggestions and offered to assist us in anyway he can. Top notch service !

“Had issue with texting on my Samsung Galaxy 22+. Took over 15 min to talk to anyone, and they tried resetting the mobile and swapping the Sim card. Neither worked. I had to reinstall Google messages after I left to resolve the issue.”

The day I went to get my phone there was a lady screaming at the worker showing her that she ‘got shot nine times’ and that she ‘made her day horrible’ and started crying and punching the walls … I was like calm down 50 cent lol. Then the girl helped me get a phone after the crazy lady left and was very nice despite what had happened. It’s crazy what these retail workers have too deal with!! I give them lots of props!”

“My subway cell phone broke and they charged me $180 for one, I went to Future Mobile store Guatemala and they gave me a free cell phone with three months of balance and I am going to pay $25 monthly with unlimited Internet, in the subway I paid $65 now if it is very Expensive compared to this store, quality of customer service in my Q'eqchi language.”
