Really don’t appreciate the lady behind the counter saying she won’t open a pump to pay cash because she doesn’t know who I am.Understandable that people might gas and dash, but to have two prices for card vs cash and give pushback to people who want to pay cash seems odd to me.I used to fill my tank twice a week there…no longer going to spend my money with this gas station.

Gas is always lower than anywhere else here. The people that own it are very very nice. Being a woman and in a gas station that makes it more comfortable. I surely appreciate The kindness and the patience From the employees.

Went inside to get some cokes and pay for gas. Was not greeted by clerk when entering. No one else was inside at this time. Took the cokes to counter, he then scanned them and said the total was 3.88.I said give me 15.00 in gas as I handed him a twenty. He asks if I wanted to put it all in. No I said. He then gives me the change of 1.10. Where is my two pennies I ask as he turns away. He turns back to me, open the drawer and hands my two cents. Turns back to me and says nothing. Not a sorry about that, not a thank you, not asking if I would like a bag and not wishing me a good evening. Very typical of all the clerks at this station. This was the last straw for me. It has never been the same since Bill retired. Bill, Marnie, Dan and all of of his employees were the best. Friendly, helpful and appreciative of all the customers. Paul and Bill's was an Aurora institution. I spent 1000's of dollars at Bills on gas and car repairs. Tonight I spent my last dollar ever at this station.

Shady business.... they try to get over on the car wash. Tried to get my car washed the same day it was within the expiration and they denied it. Be careful with getting the car wash with the discount

Awful customer service, I had a car wash issue, clerk said the owner was not in I left my number on my receipt, : never called. I went back, the clerk, said she did not work there, But behind the counter said owner would call. I asked her to call, and she said she would not use her phone. etc. WORST ATTITUDE NO ACCOUNTABILITYAACCOUNTABILITY

EXCELLENT SERVICE ⭐️I am a woman and I came to this place wanting to give my car a quick wash without knowing how to do it. It was my first time putting it in the lane where they wash them and I was helped by a Hispanic man who was so kind and seeing that I was so new to this ?he helped me. He even paid and even offered to lift the car for me and in the end I paid $3 to wash it from the outside. It seemed so nice to me that there are still people who do their work with love. for more staff like this. I just hope they appreciate the good work the guy does.

My car broke down while I was doing laundry. The mechanic helped while across the street and was so nice and quick to solve my problem. Greg came to pick us up while we waited for it get fixed and it was raining and the mechanic made effort to stay with us until Greg arriaved. . Thankful the helpers in the world so today I give grace,

Very friendly staff and best customer service. Remodeled store to accommodate more products which includes beer and wine. Upgraded car wash with free Vacuum. I love it and enjoyed very much with the car wash results.
