They don't care about the customer who's putting food on their table. The will spin words to make you feel better but I rather find someone who's willing to go the extra mile to understand someone's perspective, especially if they're cleared evidence. State farm is a joke with below average IQ employees who feed off of you.

I can't say enough about this place I was in need of car insurance do to the fact I have 2 kia vehicles and I was dropped from another company because of that but Olivia stepped up and saved me she was the best was even able too add my old school car for nothing Olivia is the best check them out.

Nice guy but after he brings you in the door, you’ll never hear from him again! We got in with him for our insurance for everything cars, home, life insurance everything. A couple years later we wanted to go in make some updates/changes. Called his office told his secretary we wanted to sit down with HIM specifically. Told her we understand he’s busy and we’re willing to wait (weeks if needed). She said that her and the other employees in the office are an “extension of Mike Lucas” (can make the changes to our plan) and can do everything he does and he doesn’t have time to meet with customers. For the returning customers if you don’t believe me, call and try it yourself!I don’t care if that’s usual practice or not, you can find an hour within a 2 month period to meet with a customer if you want to keep them!Insurance agents are a dime a dozen. For his employee to say that to me was pretty inappropriate and not a good business decision. Currently shopping around for a new agent.

I’m not his customer and his office calls my cell phone unexpectedly and randomly to offer me an insurance quote. They claim they “received an email I was looking to save money”. This is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I don’t think you’re treating people the way you want to be treated. How would you feel if you’re trying to run your business and someone is calling you to your cell phone trying to offer you some service you never inquired about? Please stop this and be more professional. Thanks

Chris Watzke recently spoke with me regarding life insurance policy options, and I have never been more pleasantly surprised by an interaction with an insurance agent. He was patient, informative, personable, and made me feel extremely comfortable discussing what can oftentimes be an uncomfortable topic. The actual and intrinsic value of the possibilities he presented me were likewise beyond my expectations. I highly recommend his counsel and services for anyone seeking advisement and a policy on this matter.

I was checking online to find an insurance company that would save me some money, because I felt I was being ripped off by my current company. After I did that, I got many phone calls and emails, but the one I happened to answer was from Chris at State Farm. I have 3 policies so switched them all to State Farm. Do you want to know how much I am going to save yearly? $1400! Besides that, I now have a friendly, responsive agent to work with.

I’ve been a client of State Farm for 20 yrs now. My agent had retired at the beginning of the year and Mr. Lucas’s office began handling my insurance needs. Me Lucas called me personally and let me know that all was well and that I was in good hands. Since, I have added my step children to my auto policy along with my wife and I must say, the transition was SUPER EASY! One of their reps even came to my house to help set up my new policies which was very convenient. Great people all around and great auto coverage!

I have been with my precious car insurance company for years so I was very reluctant to change. After my call with Mike Lucas State Farm I am so glad I did, the staff was so friendly and they took the time explaining everything to me along the way. They weren’t pushy like many others insurance companies are. Plus I was able to save money on my car insurance and house insurance!I encourage you to give them a call, they will not disappoint you.
