Had a terrible shopping experience at the Metro store today. The staff was rude, added unverified charges, deviated from the online prices, and imposed a $45 phone activation fee instead of the standard $28. The free iPhone 11 promotion wasn't honored, and there was an additional charge of $100. I advise against shopping at this Metro store; it could end up being a waste of your money.

I walked into Metro on Tuesday at 5pm. My screen was acting up. Screen wasn't working. This women right away says yah it's the screen from the crack. 5he crack happened 6 months ago and it's miner. Right away she is giving me the worst results. When all I kept saying is how can I turn it off bypassing my pincode cause screen touch screen wasn't working couldn't type password. Finally another guy gets it to restart and like magic the phone was perfectly fine. Come on ur people do better customer service

Went to get a charging cable for my tablet. The guy was very informative & knew exactly what cable I needed. It's great to go to a place & have someone be so knowledgeable about the products that are being sold.

Definitely worth the 40 min drive (from Joliet) to this location. Employees over here are more nice and actually explain everything. Naillely was a joy to talk to and helped a ton with everything I needed. Highly recommend⭐️

I'd like to give Edgar a shout out. So i was a victim of the T-Mobile hack, someone "SIM-Swapped hacked" my phone, gained access to a lot of my stuff using SMS 2FA.Edgar was able to jump into action and helped me out as much as he could even tho he was the only employee there and had several customers.I regained control of my phone number, got my account resolved, and added more security.Thank you!
