It was a great experience! They were honest, friendly, not high pressure, there weren't any surprises tacked on that we had to question on the paperwork and they worked to help us get a great rate. The showroom had fun things to do for my son while we were there. Highly recommend!!!

No hassle dealership. I was pre-approved a day before even going to the shop. I told them which vehicle I was interested in and they washed and set it aside. Came in the next day and I bought it. Jimmy took care of me both days. Given that there are only about 5 Mitsubushi dealerships in the Chicagoland area, I would definitely would recommend this one if you're in the market for a new Mitsubishi.

Best experience yet! Jon Schulz was amazing and so patient! He explained everything throughout and was very understanding. This process was fast and so easy! Thank you for an amazing service. Can't recommend this place enough! The new Outlander is awesome and so worth it! If you are looking for a good dealership this one is the one!

We bought two cars from Max Madison, and recommend to my friend who also bought a car from there. Most people in the service team are great, especially a gentleman with a glass I forget his name. But one bad apple can ruin the whole team!

I never recommend this anymore to anyone very disappointed. Just because my daughter love this car a lot I buy other wise I definitely return this They did not explain any thing just gave good offer only on paper he use and when actual paper work the price was so high more than market price . I check online after all customs is less amount I paid for nothing

All they care about is a sale... before we bought our cars ...they were always reaching out..When we expressed our opinion about the vehicles we bought we heard nothing!Sadly we have payments on cars we don't care for til 2026...Can't wait till then! If there was a buy back program they or at least one would be gone... but sadly I afford the loss.I doubt if they'll read this.

I'm getting my oil changed here and I was told the tire rotation isn't included it's separate it's a 30 bucks more so now I'm paying 75 bucks for the oil change plus the 30 for the tire rotation I'm sorry I'm was shocked i recently got my Mitsubishi I always had a Nissan which I wish I still have it was so much less expensive not only did I only paid 56 bucks for oil change but also tired rotation free wash I'm just that's not it to make a long story short the touch screen doesn't work I let them know so that's going to cost me 25 hundred dollars to replace which it never worked in the first place so I took it to another mechanic the only way it will work if I use a mouse from a computer to use the touch screen to change the radio or use my map quest it's insane I honestly can't wait to trade in this Mitsubishi. Plus I didn't need appointment to get my oil changed at Nissan better waiting area too the people are nice just don't feel like they aren't about the customer they give no options of any kind no recommendation.

Tough for me to leave the Toyota brand after many years of good experiences, however, quite pleased with my 2023 Outlander. Many very nice features I have wanted after my experience with a Tesla for one year. I love the feel and quiet of an electric, but with one auto I do not want the issues of an all electric on the road…still way too much planning for a long road trip, plus dictating which roads must be taken in many cases.Back to the Outlander: great that phev’s are available in the Midwest (Toyota has none). Also very happy with the features and build of the Outlander. Finally, the entire sales staff (and I mean ENTIRE as they are a small number) was relaxed, friendly and helpful at every step along the way. A two week sales process for me to resolve leaving the Toyota product line.

Purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica 2 years ago from this location. Last week my wife's passenger rear tire blew out in 5 spots on the side wall of the tire. I went to get the spare out of the trunk to find there was no spare, no jack or road hazard kit. Mind you these tires have plenty of life on them but they threw the cheapest tires on there they could find I'm sure. It's illegal for any dealership to sell a used/new car without a spare. I called them which they tried telling me this model doesn't come with a spare tire. If that's really true, that's really a poor design. People, please verify you have a spare and decent rubber on before leaving any dealership lot.

My experience with the sales reps John and Jim was great when I purchased my suv. I arrived 1hr before closing and was able to agree on a fair deal quickly with John. He was to the point and I did not feel taken advantage of. They stayed 1hr later to complete the deal and take my trade and get my new car ready. The whole process was much easier that I expected. Jim also helped and showed me the ins and outs of my car while they hand washed it. He gave me helpful information and even helped me pair my phone to my car.I went back a week later to have accessories put on my car and the service rep was great. He was friendly and helpful! The man in the parts department was also so helpful when I called to get information on the accessories. The staff offered me snacks and water while I waited. The lady in service was so nice, amazing personality!The great service was reflected in sales, parts and the service department. The other customers waiting in service were even nice. Great experience. I am happy with my experience and love my suv. Happy customer!

Jimmy was my salesperson for my Outlander. He was extremely helpful and attentive and took time to answer any questions we had on multiple cars. Even after a couple weeks of having my car, Jimmy still checks in to make sure everything is going well and reassures me to reach out if I need anything!

Tried to buy car. Not fun looking for a used car. Everything over priced by a good 7 to 10 grand. No one at the dealer seems to care. Sad.
