Zack was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm always worried about pushy salespeople, but Zack made sure to only give me the features and price that were best for me. Of course, he recommended some additional options, but he did not pressure me about any of them. I tried a few mattresses, found the one I wanted, bought it, and scheduled delivery all in about 20 minutes.

I recently purchased a mattress from Thomas Coffey at Mattress Firm and I cannot be more happy with the service Thomas provided! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Thomas also went out of his way to give us the best price he possibly could. There are a lot of mattress companies out there to choose from, but I would highly recommend working with Thomas at Mattress Firm!

My wife and I came here to purchase a mattress and received excellent service from Thomas! He was extremely informative and helpful as he spent over 45 minutes with us going over the pros and cons for each mattress we were inquiring about. He even went as far as calling their competitor in front of us to make sure he was offering us the best deal! We ended up purchasing a Sterns and Foster with pillow top and the awesome adjustable base for a great price! Thank you again Thomas for being an A++ guy and working at this location! Much appreciated! And yes…. I am enjoying the “anti-snore” mode on the base lol!

I walk into the store to the following sequence of events:
Me: I saw online that your store is selling BeautyRest BRS900 for $524 after discount. I would like to try and buy it.
Sales associate: sure, follow me. Here’s a newer version that costs 3X what you’re looking for, but it’s better.
Me: I’ll take what I saw online, and proceed to walk out.
Sales associate: can you buy the same item here with us?
Me: how would it be different if I bought here vs. online?
Sales associate: it helps feeding my family (in a super serious tone).
…I bought from store. Hope it feeds some first world country kids.
