Debbie is amazing for 7 yrs I’ve had my locker here she always bends over backwards to help me. My locker is always clean no bugs or mice like other storage places. I’m very happy with my choice here. Sincerely Katherine K

I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars! My mother has had a unit at the Aurora IL location for a few years now and they’ve been nothing but helpful! They’re all awesome but Debbie takes the cake for me! She goes above and beyond the meaning of spectacular customer service! I really appreciate you all for helping my mom and being so understanding!!

I have 2 units here and Debbie has been the best at helping me navigate the two and so helpful with any questions or concerns I have. She's very experienced and gives great customer service! Definitely recommend this place!!! Thank you Debbie!

Keeping our business storage unit with Life Storage in Aurora (60506) has worked out great!! Debbie in the front office is always there to help and ensure that we get all of our deliveries. Very happy customer.

Had a very good experience with Life Storage. Sarah helped me. She was good at explaining everything and didn't take much time to get a storage unit. I do recommend them.

I am finally out of my storage unit. I appreciate Debbie helping me close out my account after my belongings were moved out earlier today. However, the negatives continue to accumulate. I paid through September 4, but Life Storage does not believe in refunding the money of customers for time not used. I am not longer a tenant, but cannot get any money back. Hopefully none rents my previous unit before the, otherwise, Life Storage will earn double rent. What a poor business practice. Between this and the three rent increases in less than two years, my review has gone from five starts to one star. Not recommended.
