The truth is, I don't recommend it, they make you fill out an application that in the end lowers your score. They ask for a lot of papers for nothing, in the end they are worthless and they don't give any credit, and they ask for a lot of Down, if they are not going to give a credit, don't do it. waste time and the truth be serious.

I wouldn’t recommend this place honestly I’ve bought couches from them they came broken same day as delivery I notice it and i literally had to argue with they guy to replace the piece. Took about 1 month and a half so then I go back buy a table everything went well I payed cash now I go back to buy bunk beds I’m given one price from one guy and another price when I go to pick up just not the place for me

Terrible customer service, couch purchased, within 3 months broken, called or it to be repaired under warranty, they make you send them pictures, then send a guy out who can't fix anything only to tell you the part will take 2-3 weeks, then never shows up to fix it, call back to the store spoke to Jasmine only to be told they forgot to call me and let me know but someone would call the next day, Zach never called, called store again and Zach was rude and not helpful or apologetic, asked to speak to the manager and said he could leave a note for "David" but that he can't guarantee he would call. What kind of customer service is that! I would NOT recommend buying from here.

Pros: Cheaper than many, furniture. Con: Furniture always seem to be lacking in quality, if I had to guess it's because of the materials. Pro: Furniture looks visually nice, for the most part. Con: will more than likely loose its eye appeal after only 6 months. Pro: They do delivery. Con: If no one is home during delivery, they will leave your stuff outside. (Literally happened to us right now.) 1/5 recommend, tbFh.

After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess

José has delivered all our furniture and he is the best Delivery guy that I ever had he’s very personable and does his job very well I would recommend in Lamphere’s to anyone also Zach is a great sales man and he’s very good at his job as well
