This could be a great place to live with some updates and new management. Leasing office communication was pretty terrible. I really enjoyed living here at first, and the more I had to interact with the leasing office, the worse my experience became unfortunately.

I met with Karina on Friday 7/7 and she was amazing. Very descriptive about the townhome and amenities. Best tour I’ve ever had. As a single mother I haven’t had the best credit. We talked about it and I didn’t feel like I was judged. She was great. I applied right there. Fingers crossed all goes well and I can be apart of Lakeview townhomes communities. Thank you again Ms. Karina hoping to see you very soon.

We highly recommended this place. Office people like Karina are fabulous all maintenance people are great they really fantastic. Any problem that need to fix just give them a call and they be there even at night especially when it is emergency. We’ve been living in Lakeview townhomes from 2014 to 2023 but need to moved for some reasonable reason. Once again thank you Karina and all the maintenance people that we met. Ur all deserved a five stars.

We experienced an excellent time with both the leasing sign-in procedure and the move-in process. We are particularly thankful for Karina for helping us on the day of our move-in and throughout the application process. We would like to keep getting the same friendly greeting and assistance from the management in the coming days while we live at Lakeview Townhomes. Once again, thank you for making our new house a great one.

07/26/2022FORMER RESIDENT''When I moved into Lakeview Townhomes things started off shakey. The apartment was unclean during my walkthrough after receiving my keys. I ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt because they sent cleaners out after my complaint. There was an infestation of ants which they in turn sent exterminators out. Very untrustworthy, telling me they were not aware of the ant problem prior to renting the unit when they knew there was an ant problem. However I had to constantly pay for ant traps myself. Sad to say the ant issues in unit 174C were never reconciled. Fast forward, my lease renewal was coming up so I reminded them it was near and I asked how much of an increase there would be. I was initially told the max was 10%. They sent me a renewal offer with incorrect dates and it was more than 10% increase it was $200 more additional in only a year. I wrote to corporate about this and they did nothing about it but tell me that because of the market right now they were able to do this. First I thought ok maybe they would replace my dysfunctional stove and microwave and then I would pay the additional rent. They refused to do that. So that plus the ant problem I made a decision to move. I moved out two weeks ago, was charged ridiculous fees for cleaning. I left their place clean. To remind you it was dirty when I moved in. They charged carpet cleaning when I have no pets and me and my children never walked in the carpet with our shoes on. They locked me out of the rental portal so I could not see all these ridiculous false fees they charged. They have nice events from time to time, the maintenance team is nice, the location is awesome. However the manager Karina can be dishonest at times and avoids true issues. I believe in treating people how you want to be treated and that was not the case here. They knew the ants were an issue and lied about it, took money from my security deposit that they knew they should not have, and tried to go up on my rent tremendously without even wanting to replace a stove and microwave.

The team was always quick to respond and the repair team was always so friendly while coming in and out of my unit to make repairs when needed. The community was clean and has lots of parking!

Bad place to be and I was there to help a friend who recently moved there. They towed my car and the towing company is seriously unprofessional. We waited 2 hours outside of a junky ward after paying 200$+ . Not a great community to live looks like.

I have lived here for two years. The property was always clean. The neighbors were friendly and my family always felt safe. Staff and management are great, especially Karina and Jubelly. They always welcomed us with a smile and were ready to assist. The maintenance staff worked very fast to fix any problem I had. All around a great places to live.

I highly recommend Lakeview Townhomes rental community! I recently moved, due to downsizing and a job change near Chicago, but lived there for over two years.The townhomes are comfortable and spacious, each has a patio, and the property management and leasing team led by Karina and Jubelly are very friendly, engaging, and supportive. Maintenance staff has always been prompt and helpful, and during the winter snows, they have been quick to plow and shovel each unit’s path and entryway.There are grills and a swimming pool for social activity, but in the past six months, the property managers have come up with innovative community-interest activities such as movie nights, food trucks, a Halloween contest, and even offered root beer floats and a grab-and-go Thanksgiving treat. I think this is unprecedented and provides added value to the residents.Also, nature lovers should look for the bald eagle of Spring Lake when walking the trail behind the apartments!Lakeview Townhomes at Fox Valley is worth checking out.

The office team is kind and easy to approach. They are punctual, stay on top of things via email, and maintenance is quick to showing up for any fixes.What I like here is that it's quiet, clean and you have a beautiful park right by you. I've been living here with my wife and 3 kids for about a year and a half. I think it's perfect for 3 adults at most, or a family of 4.The privacy here is pretty good too, where you can't really hear your next door neighbors, unless they are loud and have a tv right by the wall. Back door neighbors, you don't hear so that's good.

I came to view the property as a new resident and the experience I have received so far from Karina Hernandez (Site Manager) has been very poor and concerning. When I wanted to complain this to the corporate head office I have been told to find these details on my own and she refused to share any further information. This shows who is at fault. I hope the corporate is looking at this review. Poor experience trying to rent this property

It is not about what happens more than it is how things get resolved. So thank you for resolving the issues and consistently handling my every inquiry. We had a good experience with the leasing sign-in process and equally good experience with move-in. Especially, we would like to thank Karina and Jubelly for assisting us through out the application process and on the move-in day. In the coming days during our residence at Lakeview Townhomes we would like to have the same friendly relation and assistance from the management.
