This Kohls merged their checkout and return line so wait times have increased 10x. And they cut their staff, only two registers open total. Visited Saturday afternoon and it took over 30 minutes waiting in line to do my return. Never going to this location again. They need to change it back to separate returns and checkout!

Just left the store very uncomfortable. I was shopping for clothes for a new job and brought a wide variety with me in the fitting room. That being said I took some time trying on every article of clothing and deciding if I like it and if it felt appropriate or not. While finishing up I over heard an employees walkie go off with the person on the other line seemingly speaking about me acting as if I was being suspicious. I debated on not even purchasing the clothes after that but again I was there for appropriate clothes for a new job. I understand theft is something that employees must be aware about but I would imagine there would be code words while talking about customers in public spaces. There wasn’t a fitting room attendant checking me in so I see no reason that I should be made uncomfortable for trying on the clothes I brought in to try. I left with so much anxiety and couldn’t bring myself to say anything at the front desk. I love shopping so much but I just want to encourage this location to use code words of some sense to make their customers more comfortable before accusations.

Nice shop, seem expensive, self-service. Staff don't give a F if you need any help.
Good quality clothing and items. Expensive. You get vouchers to lure you back to buy more. Limited options and brands.

It's kohl's what can I say. Don't shop without coupon or item on sale. Unless you have to have it item will go on sale. Learn from me it always goes on sale.

I generally love this store, but today I made the mistake of going into the Sephora located inside. The young lady who was helping me, just stopped assisting me and went to help someone else who walked up and asked for something. Now this in itself wasn't a problem as I could see they were shorthanded compared to the amount of customers present. What I took issue with was the way it was done. I patiently waited in line to get some assistance, but I had to wait some again for someone who came up well after me? What kind of service is this? What should have happened was the person who walked up after me, should have been told she will be helped once she was done with me! To just walk off without completing my request to go and assist someone else was very UNPROFESSIONAL. I would have felt better about it if I had been acknowledged with "Let me get this for her right quick and I'll go check for you." Needless to say, Sephora didn't value me as a customer nor did they want my money, but my money is green like everyone who shops there! I will always give Kohl's 5 stars, as it's one of my favorite stores. As for Sephora, please know you're not the only store to carry fragrances and cosmetics, and I will never ever spend one dime in your stores no matter where you're located!

Had to return a Christmas blazer , and get a smaller size. Found the smaller size , and while checking out a nice man named Ray reminded me to put in my number at the selfcheck , and it pulled up coupons. He saved me about $10. I really appreciated it.

The associate Angel was really helpful and polite. In general, all staff at this store are really helpful and polite.
