Awful customer experience. Been complaining to numerous store associates about a order for my son. Requested to speak to owner. Owner was on phone with some utility company. Nobody got back to me after I left multiple messages. Gave them my name and phone number. No call back.

When I got out of the military years ago, I got a job, bought a motorcycle, and started taking classes at Waubonsee C.C. I even joined their men's x-country team. Well, one day after class, I went to Kirhofer's to get some running apparel. I arrived on my motorcycle with a small backpack full of school supplies. It was about the size of a big purse, and I didn't want to leave it unattended when I tried on clothes in the dressing room. I figured women bring in their purses, so why not? Well, after making my purchase, the lady behind the counter said "Anything else you want to pay for? You can empty your backpack, or I'll call the cops." I remember it clear as day. I felt so disrespected, but I emptied my personal items in front of her anyways to prove my innocence. She never apologized, and I never went back. After many years, I was just reminded of this experience. Sometimes people are young, innocent and have good intentions but someone else puts their fears or greed before common courtesy. I'm unsure if ownership or management is the same as it was in the late 1990's, so I'll leave this as a 3-star review. Hopefully customer service has improved since then. Thank you for reading.

I unfortunately purchased adult sizes (my mistake) and once I received my order I realized it. I called the store to see if they could help possibly swap out for a youth size or return and the answer was Nope...sorry. It's unfortunate after the money I spent on spirit wear with this company that's the response.

Today was the last day I support this establishment. I stopped in to get a patch sown on a hockey jersey. It was clear within seconds the lady had zero intention in helping me. She said NO instantly. Keep in mind I called beforehand to make sure they offered this service. I drove 35 minutes only to be made felt like I didn't matter. She didn't bother to ask anyone, she simply decided. Another lady thought it could be done yet at that point I was so disappointed in her approach that I thanked her (I don't know why) and left. As a former Aurora resident I've supported this family owned business for many years and it saddens me I'll never visit again. I wish them all the best!

I had a horrible experience today . Went in with my son earlier to order some shirts for school and the guy that was there during the day was very rude I'm not sure if it because we were Mexican but he was very short in responses to my questions and he kept looking at my son like he was going to steal something. I kept talking to him and he just kept looking at my son following him with his eyes like hello I'm over here trying to have a conversation with you. So I left, unfortunately I had to go back lucky this time a sweet girl helped us out from the minute we walked in very friendly and kind unlike the guy from this morning.
