I bought a Matrix Functional Trainer that arrived damaged through no fault of Johnson Fitness. Dale at Johnson Fitness was quick to remedy the issue and agreed to replace it at no expense with a new one that arrived in pristine condition. We purchased a Synca, JP1100 Massage Chair from the Johnson store in Naperville. It has done wonders for my husband; he uses it daily. We would recommend this chair to anyone interested in a massage chair.
