Drive up and go here is THE WORST. Whether they’re late, subbing random products you didn’t select, or saying something is out of stock and then when you go in the store only to see it there. One employee in particular is realllllly bad and he seems to be there the most. Sometimes I contemplate driving to the Oswego Orchard Rd one to actually get my items fully and on time even though it is way out of the way.

It’s really bad that people have to pay for things that the store wants you to buy; everything that sells good at the store, they discontinue it even the items that they had for many years. This store is going downhill and people are getting tired of buying things that the store wants to sell them instead of continuing with things that sells well

They have so much expired food on the shelves. For as much as goods are these days this is absolutely unacceptable. We bought this meat on Monday, June 10th with a sell by date of June 11th we went to use it today and it’s turned completely brown. The mozzarella cheese we bought that same day expired on June 2nd. On one of our trips last month, we ended up going home with expired desserts, when we went back days later they were still on the shelf and we had to inform associates so they could be pulled. We will not be returning.

Produce dept is a joke. Meat dept is a joke. This store should just close. You want to buy fresh food then THIS IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU! Dont even bother going to the deli for lunchmeat. Those employees are the dumbest in the store. Ask for thin sliced lunchmeat and they act like you called them a racial slur. They get pissed off. If I was a billionaire I would buy this location immediately fire everyone and demolish the building.

Had a VERY RUDE lady checking out my items, when i gave her no reason to be rude. Next time I'll use the self check out because at least that won't give me an attitude.

I have th Jewel app on my phone and noticed all the really great deals they had this week. So I went through and clipped coupons and made my list of things I was going to purchase. I went to the store and gathered my items, and headed to the checkout. I entered my phone number, and a number on the keypad stuck entering the wrong number. I explained it to the checker, who called over a manager. After a bit of discussion and pulling out my phone to prove that I had, in fact, clicked the necessary item, they had to cancel the original order and recheck it all. I did finally get my sale prices. I wish Jewel would just offer the sale to everyone. It can be a hassle to check out there. I always have to check my receipts to be sure it's correct.
