No cashiers, overpriced food and bikes are being stolen from the rack outside. Dozens of cameras INSIDE but nothing for the bike rack. Also it's a kill center--non-stop ads blast through trying to get people to get injections. MAID-Medical Assistance In Dying is welcomed. The Aldi's across the street is a far, far better choice! And look at the filthy watermelons left out in the sun and out overnights. Disgusting!

The folks at Osco pharmacy are wonderful and extremely helpful!Not sure why I see bad reviews, there must be some very impatient people giving reviews.

I went to the 12 items or less lane and there was a young man at the register. All I had was some beer. He paged someone to come and ring up the beer. No one came over so after a bit he paged again, and again no one came over. People were waiting behind me and after a while he suggested I try another register. I was not going to get in another lane and wait even longer to make my purchase. I looked around for a moment, and out of frustration I told him never mind and I left without purchasing the beer. If they are going to have to have an underage person work the register, then maybe they should have the people available to ring up liquor purchases when needed.

Friendly place and excellent customer service.Some staff lady at the cash register greeted me and said have a great day! That was powerful and I thought how great it was to hear someone say that to me or anyone. She literally made my day. Thank you Jewel Osco!!!

I went to Jewel osco yesterday and bought salmon I tried to cook it today and it smelled spoiled. I called them to let them know that I didn’t have the receipt because I don’t keep food receipts and refused to exchange it for some salmon that was not spoiled. I was told it’s store policy and as high as your prices are you should be ashamed and I will never shop there again I rather drive 5-10 extra miles to go to Walmart or Sams from now on. This is not the first time the Jewel on Galena has sold me spoiled fish. You guys are obviously not storing it properly.

Jewel has the worst customer service I have ever had the cashiers are very rude I wouldn't recommend shopping there the prices are to high try Walmart!!!

I have been going to the same Osco pharmacy for at least 20yrs. It's a wonderful place to come to. Everyone is kind and do their best to help you. I truly trust them to give me the correct amount of meds, make sure I am comfortable in taking new meds and answer all questions big or small.If you want to get meds here, please do. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Cassandra in the drive up Pharmacy was quite brutal to work with. We could spend 10 minutes outlining how poor the service was, but rather than you guys spending 10 mins of your time reading that, we hope that you guys spend that extra 10 minutes training her.

The pharmacy filled two prescriptions for 90 days each, at the same time. One was 8 pills short. I fill my pill box once a week and didn't notice the discrepancy until neat the end of them 90 days. I got a refill from my doctor for another 90 days and took the previous bottles with me to show that I was shorted. The tech was clueless and kept insisting that I was good because I had 90 days. I said you shorted Me 8 pills on the previous script and I would like it corrected or we would be having the same conversation in 90 days. Clueless! So they gave me the 8 pills and the new script for 90. I counted them and there were 92! WTF. LOL

I’ve gone there three times this month and they messed up my medication two of three times. The first time, they straight up wouldn’t sell me the medicine I asked for even though I’ve bought it every 10 days for probably 10 years, and they couldn’t explain why. I made the mistake of going back again and this time they sold me the medicine and grabbed it from behind the counter and charged me for it, put it in a bag, and sent me home... only to discover they straight up sold me the wrong thing. Like, they gave me a totally different medicine that what I asked for. The agent told me it was the same and it was another medicine entirely. She just didn’t know the difference. That is scary for a person in that role. It also meant that I had the wrong medicine and now can’t buy the right one for 15 days because of the law and then accidentally giving me something wrong. I called and explained all that and asked to speak with a manager to try to find a solution since I’m otherwise just stuck with nothing for this whole time. The manager wasn’t available so I left a long detailed message and was promised a return call the next day. That call never came, and they haven’t returned my call my last two tries either. Beyond frustrating customer service, this was incompetent and dangerous service selling me a different medicine than I asked to buy. I’m glad I happened to double check and notice myself what the trained pharmacist apparently couldnt. I’m upset by the mistake and upset that no one there will answer for it or try to make amends. Instead I have nothing. I will not be back, and I suggest you find another pharmacy.

Had to call order in twice in order to get once. Shorted over 30 pills on one order. It was a 90 day supply but didn't last 60 days. I guess I will have to count every order from now on. I've had a lot of problems with this pharmacy lately. Not happy.

all of the below the store is dirty, and the snow and ice needs to get removed, when the store is empty, the elderly can not use the handicap area. The store Director need to get their snow removal vendors out, the area is just getting layers of snow all week. Make Corp send the right amount of inventory.
