This review is for this particular location more than J.Crew Factory itself.
Except for the one girl who kept offering unsolicited specific suggestions on what clothes would look good on me and my wife, I thought all of the employees were very helpful and actively trying to make sure we knew they were ready to help if we needed another size or anything.
However, I ended up returning everything I bought here once I did some research online and realized the Factory stores sell lower quality merchandise than the main J.Crew stores (which, apparently, is sort of the main deal with outlet malls). I suppose the quality is fine, but I felt like I was paying a bit of a premium for clothes that probably weren't premium.
So, everything about this particular location was great, but I'm not really a fan of the brand.
