Worst customer service went to inquire information she told me to wait outside watch out for the old lady in there she is extremely rude and hates her miserable life.

Terrible staff. Made us wait outside in the rain when we arrived on time to the appointment. When confronted, she argues that “If it’s raining, it’s not my fault.” How about show some humanity and let the person wait inside?
