As expected of a bank, will provide their services. They are quick and efficient. Staff has been very friendly so far. Only reason why I am docking a star off is that oftentimes only a few people ever work here at a time for some reason. It is very ominous, to say the least.

I love my bank! I had a horrible event happen and Christian and Rosi were there with smiles to help me thru every step. I'm talking EVERY SINGLE STEP! They were happy to help, not like anywhere else! They are the absolute BEST!!! Def bank here!!!!!!

I got to the bank exact 4:38pm and doors are locked but there are sooo many cars parked outside. Horrible just horrible

Staff were nice, thorough with authenticity checks, and assisted me with a cashiers check at a reasonable fee even when my branch was in another state. Would recommend location.

Fabulous banking...understanding that most places are understaffed, the staff here do their best to provide attention to everyone. Taylor greets me with a smile and answers all my questions. Thank you Huntington for making my banking experience a positive one.

Horrible customer service by Taylor. She was extremely condescending when I tried to cash a check from my mom who banks here. I pulled into the drive up for service and waited for what felt like forever, so I then turned my car off. As soon as I turned the car off, Taylor just so happened to be available then to help me. She grabbed my check, my forms of ID, and disappeared only returning when I turned my car off for the SECOND time. She was so rude; no politeness or friendly customer service what so ever. Not even one freaking smile! Who hired this person?? I understand policies in place and people having bad days, but the way she handled my situation and as if I don’t matter because I personally don’t bank there. There is a reason this place has such a bad rating and reviews. Go elsewhere and avoid ugly people with ugly personalities like Taylor.

I've opt out several times for over draft fees and still shows I'm opt in. Getting charge so much money. I need to take all my money out this bank. Noooo good

I needed to deposit cash at this branch, a large stack of ones and fives. The employees were all super friendly, the branch was clean and well-lit, and they had taken proper COVID precautions. I didn’t see a drive through ATM which I do believe in this day and age should be at all bank branches, but otherwise I enjoyed my time at this branch.

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT bank with this bank!! Kimberly Gehrke from 2430 W Indian Trail, Aurora IL is nothing but a liar!! She is so unprofessional. Only reason I came to this bank for a mortgage loan was because I was referred to her, Unfortunately she was vey harsh and unreasonable. I do not speak Bank language. If she was to guide me every step by step and not beat around the bush I would've NEVER wasted my time with her. 3 months waste. And most likely will not get the house I had in mind, even though its at a contingent status that can fall through. Now I will have start from the beginning with a different bank and see if they can process my file more efficiently.
