Great Service From Staff , Very Clean Establishment. Everyone was welcoming and Friendly. Sean was very Informative as he went over all the Work that was performed on my Vehicle, The Pricing was really fair. Honest 1 definitely lives up to it’s Name , and They Definitely will be my new go to for my Mechanic needs.

I must compliment Miles. This whole episode from the theft of my car, though its recovery and all that transpired afterwards, he showed nothing but kindness and positivity. He truly saw me through the whole mess, even when it got complicated. I appreciate his time and consideration beyond measure. It is a rare experience for a senior as we are primarily considered low priority. So Thank you a thousandfold, Miles. You rock!

I've gone to them 3 times for my family cars' repairs. They do a really good job. My husband complimented on how smooth the drive is afterward. It's great how they state the price before without any surprised cost later on.

They did a good job on the car took an extra day because they had to order parts. That’s so far so good Car looks good it’s running good and they give you a good year guarantee three years 36,000 miles that’s really good. that inspection charge should go towards fixing of the car not a separate charge. I didn’t like that part and then if you didn’t get the car fixed there you should be charged the inspection charge not you tell me what’s you charge 49.00 dollars that should go toward fixing up the car if I didn’t want to get the car fixed and then I will be billed $49 not add to $49 on top of the bill. Don’t like that part.

We were in Naperville over the 4th of July when our car started making a weird noise. AAA was too busy to help so, based on an internet search, we called Honest-1. Even though they were incredibly busy as well, they took a look at the car, found and corrected a minor problem in about an hour. The waiting area was clean and orderly, the bathrooms were clearer than at home and the people cheerful and courteous. A car emergency is never a fun experience, but this time at least it was as great as possible.

My experience at Honest -1 Auto Care in Aurora, IL was "5 Star". I was greeted right away by a very professional staff. I was taken care of by Miles, who listened to my reason for being there and gave me his professional opinion as to what needed to be done and I intend to proceed with his recommendation. I was very happy with my visit to Honest-1 Auto Care.
